Description of Work: I recently used this company to install three bathroom faucets, Moen, and repair a leaking r/o system. It's been about two months and the r/o system is leaking worse than before and one of the brand new faucets is dripping. This all cost me a lot, I'm a disabled senior and am told that regular charges apply if they come back out. Perhaps this is all normal these days but it took me many months to save for these things now the r/0 was 499, installing it 209. Not by this company. And repairing by this company it cost 181.00. This is all more than my income and I expect work to be done right. I can't say if its the product or workmanship so I can only say ill have to live with this all my life.

Description of Work: Our old sewer was being crushed by a large mesquite tree in our front yard. Plumb plumbing video taped the inspection of the sewer & gave us the best option for repair. They ran a new line around the tree & also a new water line that ran under the tree. They finished the job on time & did exactly what I asked them to do. I would defintely hire them again.

Description of Work: Had a toilet leak and decided also to get the kitchen sink fixed, too. They gave me an appointment for the next day. The man was on time, polite and helpful. He found the toilet leak right away, which had to do with dirt in the line when the water meter was changed (I had forgotten about that). He fixed the leaking tank by finding a bad bolt. He fixed my toilet in about 30 seconds, just by finding a valve. He then fixed the kitchen sink in about 30 minutes. It was leaking, and we have a new faucet. He also checked the disposal and found it was not steady, which had led to rust in a fitting. We are moving soon, so we just had him tighten it. We were also offered a comprehensive look (free) at other things, too. I can't recommend this company enough. They came before (because of Angie's List), and we will use them again. Every step of the way, we were informed of what was going on and what we needed.

Description of Work: The original problem was a slow leak in the bathroom. George checked the entire pipe system for leakage and determined that the likely cause was a glass shower enclosure which needs to be fixed by a glass repairer. He replaced several outdoor faucets. He suggested servicing my water heater which I had never considered. After a good discussion, I agreed and he installed a metal piece that would extend the life of the heater and a new drainage valve for flushing the heater. All the work was done very well and i appreciated his suggestions and explanations. He worked efficiently and let me know the charges for various options so that I could make intelligent decisions.
