Description of Work: We had a split pipe early in the morning and had to shut the water off to the house. Jim answered the phone and was able to help me immediately. Jesse arrived at 12:30, got right to work and found the problem within 10 minutes. He had to chip up a brick patio and dig quite a trench. We decided at that time to replace the entire pipe and install a shutoff valve at the side of the house. He worked very quickly and did an outstanding job. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: On Father's Day, my husband discovered water on the garage floor. The water heater was leaking. I called Pioneer based on the information from Angie's List. A repairman arrived a little over an hour later (as promised), evaluated the situation and gave us our options. We decided to wait for the following day to get the water heater he recommended. They arrived promptly the next morning and installed the new water heater in about 2 hours. We were supposed to have hot water in about a half hour, but after 45 minutes or so, we didn't. I called Pioneer back, and was told they would be back right away. They were! About 45 minutes after I called they were back. It took them about a half hour to figure out the problem. Everything is working fine. They were prompt, polite, and provided options. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

Description of Work: We had a leak in a pipe outside. I called in the am and they came early in the afternoon. It was messy because of the water, clay and rocks, but the repairman cleaned the area thoroughly and checked his work.

Description of Work: We wanted a second opinion on a recirculating heater attached to our water heater; another firm had come out to repair/replace it. Still not working. The technician reviewed and tested the line and gave us advice on why the system not working (re-plumbing needed). We were happy with the way he worked and explained things. It just took two re-schedules to get him out here. Possibly my husband telling the scheduler that it was not an emergency factored into that.

Description of Work: Fairly quickly,located leaking copper pipe in wall between bedroom and bath. Fixed pipe and put me in contact with company who would dry carpets and get rid of wet padding. I asked plumber to come back the next day to install a new gargage disposal for me. He arrived on time each day, did the work competently, was pleasant and efficient. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Several faucets plugged. Tech. quickly diagnosed problem & offered solution that was accepted. Installed pressure regulator as requested. Prompt response & excellant work.

Description of Work: Pioneer Plumbing installed a new kitchen faucet. They had the extra parts needed on hand to complete the job. They worked efficiently and were on time. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: On a Saturday, they came and diagnosed and located a polybutelene pipe break. They returned Monday to give an estimate to repipe the house, but didn't seem to me to have done a lot of that kind of work. I was without water, obviously. The estimator came Monday morning, saying he would call me in a couple of hours with an estimate for the job, but didn't call until midday the next day.
