When I emailed a response asking if the estimate included the 10% discount offered on Angie's list, I never heard back. I called to f/ u and they scheduled someone to do the work. I decided that since I was 10 days into this and this company was not one that I'd recommend again, so I called Angie's list 2nd choice and the experience was smooth, efficient, and 150.00 cheaper than Pioneer.

Description of Work: My toilet tank was leaking. He confirmed that it was cracked,went to the plumbing store where I bought it and got a replacement and installed it. this happened late on a Friday, He was back early Monday morning.

They ordered the broken fixture and installed it when it arrived. I was very satisfied with the price, the workmen, the work and the follow up.

Description of Work: I was very happy with the job pioneer did. i had two wall mounted toilets that were back to back.I am in the middle of a remodel of my master bath. I needed someone that could change the dual carrier in the wall to two single carriers so I could move the master toilet to allow for an expanded shower. The two men from Pioneer did a wonderful job and were don in one day. Pioneer also came in at 50% under the other company that quoted the job.I would reccomend Pioneer for your plumbing needs.

Description of Work: We had a leak repaired on the master shower. The technician (Cassius) was awesome, calling about 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm our address. They sent out a great tech to fix our leak, and will definitely ask for him if we ever need work again. He left us some coupons, and indicated the other services Pioneer can perform. Thanks!!!

Description of Work: They inspected an area by the shower that had a previous leak to see that the problem no longer existed. While there, they also tightened up some bathroom faucets so that the handles were aligned correctly.
