Description of Work: Total fail from beginning to end. | |I called them on a Sunday afternoon for an emergency, they assured me that they would be at the house first thing Monday morning. After 1 hour of delay and having some one wait for them, they called to reschedule for a later time. Finally they arrived late in the afternoon and charged me $135 for what was an actual 5 minute job. | |I called to their office to get a pricing adjustment, but of course the manager had home home for the day before 4:30 on a Monday. I left a message and they said I would receive a call back on Tuesday. Did not hear from them so I called back on Wednesday, same thing, manager is busy and excuses. I did not talk to the manager until Friday. The manager assured me that he would talk to his technician ans would see what they could do. 2 weeks went by and I did not hear back from them, I had to call back and remind them. At this time I still had not paid the amount to be charged but for some reason they showed no interest in getting the account settled. It was over a month until they decided that there was nothing they could do and they had to charge me the full amount even when they understood and recognized that the technician was not on site for more than 5 minutes, FIVE MINUTES worth of "labor" for $135. I paid the amount in full but was extremely dissatisfied with the way they handled the entire situation from beginning to end. | |I manage several properties and this was one of them, I will never use this company again and will advise all friends and family to stay far away from them. |

Description of Work: Hot water heater replaced. Installation and removal of the old hot water heater went smoothly. Updated a few items to meet code since code had changed from when the last hot water heater was installed. The technician explained the process well and was very professional.

Description of Work: They repaired an old cast iron drain, cleared the drain line and installed a cleanout. This is in a building built in the '40's. We always use Pioneer and have never had a negative experience.

Description of Work: Replaced house main supply valve. Other than some confusion about when the tech would show up, in which the work was scheduled very quickly and we weren't really expecting him, we are extremely satisfied. Tech was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did a great job, cleaned everything up, answered my questions, and even left a legible invoice with us! I'll be calling Pioneer again, when we start our remodeling.

Description of Work: Installed 2 new toilets. Cassius was very professional; he put down a tarp to prevent spillage on our bathroom floors and cleaned up after himself. He also checked to make sure the toilets flushed correctly, and didn't leak. We have used them before and would again for any plumbing or heating/cooling needs.

Description of Work: In late 80,s pioneer re-plumbed my entire house water & gas due to an old galv. water line bursting under the slab. Again in mid 90,s they replaced my old clay sewer service under the driveway,due to a sag in the line. The eucalyptus roots loved the standing water.

Description of Work: After using this company on three separate occasions for the purposes of kitchen upgrading, replacing a gas-pack, and hot water heater repair, I would rate them 5-Star or A++ if your ratings went that high! They are a superb company to work with and I will continue to use them for whatever service I need that falls within their area of expertise!
