An initial inspection revealed the crawl space to be flooded do to a drip system problem That leak was stopped and the area allowed to dry out when the plumber was able to reach the area of the leak he was able to repair it quickly on checking the work the broken icemaker line was found and repaired They were prompt courteous and professional I willdefinitly csll them again and highly reccomend then

Took 4 hours and it was 109 outside did a wonderful job of trying to find the leak. Did not give up. After all was said and done they found out that two of the main valves needed to be replaced. I was so happy it was just this and not a pipe under the home.

Called Sunday about 7:00 pm, they arrived within one hour, replaced top water heater element, cleaned up and were done in 20 minutes and we had hot water 20 minutes later.

Jeff from Pioneer Plumbing came earlier than the time scheduled! He looked at my current water heater, which had recently begun to leak. I was told that it was the tank that was cracked and that I would need a new water heater rather than a repair (which I had expected/anticipated). Jeff said that he would need to return to the office to get the new water heater and quoted a price of 695.00 plus tax; he did not charge me for the time it took to return to the office and come back to my house, only for the time he actually worked. As promised, Jeff returned in a very short amount of time and installed the new water heater. He also installed new copper piping and flex piping to bring them up to code (my old water heater was almost 14 yrs old). Jeff was more than prompt, very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions, and very professional. The entire job from start to finish took 3 hours, and my new water heater is working great! Pioneer also gave me the 10% discount for the Angie's List coupon. I feel I was treated very well and the price very reasonable. I am very pleased with Pioneer and would recommend them to everyone. The company was very responsive. I called at 5pm and they came out the next day. The two uniformed gentleman who came out were very professional and pleasant. They performed the service and charged a fair price. No complaints.

They were professional. They guy came out and gave the estimate the day before. He said that he would suggest doing something else that would cost a lot less and take care of the problem that we were experiencing. It seems to have done some good for our pressure issue that we were having.

It went well- he was friendly and punctual.

They did very good work. They were very good about returning calls and communicating. They were very pricey and they didn't rob us but I feel they are too much money.

They were one of four contractors we called for estimates, and were the most reasonable. The next closest contractor qualified his bid with additional charges such as taxes, unexpected parts, etc. Pioneer gave us a firm bid and stuck with it even though they really went above and beyond what they had promised in the contract and even provided us with some parts we expected to be charged for. They were prompt and incredibly professional and efficient. Although we told them they did not have to replace sod, etc. and they did not have to include it in the bid, they did it on their own without charge, including carefully removing and replacing gravel in the driveway. We just can't say enough good things about them. They were also incredibly NICE -- a commodity in itself.

Very satisfied. Getting the water softener into the place I wanted it was a somewhat complex job and they handled it beautifully. They work fast so the time-on-clock charges are reasonable. Dan and his helper Eddie made me a happy camper.

They were professional, courteous, fast. They clipped the line, added the shut-off valve, reconnected the line, checked to make sure everything was working properly, all within 30 minutes. WOW.

There were nine items on the repair list. So far, there have been two visits, and only seven of the nine items have been completed. Unfortunately, only two of the items completed have been done correctly since the repairman used scavenged parts which are not working properly. At least one additional visit will be required and I am having to get parts since this seems to be outside the capability of this company.

We contacted the company and set up a date for work to start. They arrived on time and set to work immediately. I had removed the bathtub, they broke up the floor for a new shower stall, relocated the commode and sink. They installed the new step-in shower and drain for the commode as well as piped in for the new sink. They moved to the kitchen and plumbed in a disposal and dishwasher and filtered water sink. Then they ran pipes for the new location for a washing machine.

The first team arrived about 8:30 a.m and went to work immediately cutting pipe for the re-pipe. A second team arrived about 11 a.m and began the overflow installation. The overflow involved drilling through a masonry wall and the first try failed to get through, but the second try worked. Both projects were completed and both teams left at 3:30 p.m. A pressure test gage was left on the gas line and the first team was to return the following day to check the line. They arrived early, checked the pressure and anchored several brackets which they had failed to secure the previous day. All was well with the pressure, so the county inspector's office was called and scheduled to inspect that day. He came at 3:00 p.m, approved the work and I called the gas company to reconnect my service. I was most impressed that the teams really cleaned up after themselves.

Called early in the morning and was told they would be there between 11-12 a.m. Arrived about 2:30. Had parts from 2 vendors, but neither worked. One part, the mfg. Indicated it could be used, but after trying (water spurting out in the laundry room) and not succeeding, the plumber took a picture of the old part and said they would order it. They called the next Tues. and booked for Friday afternoon. He called at approx. 12:30 and said he would be here in about 30 min. He arrived about 2:30 or so. He had the right part and quickly replaced the part with no difficulties. I was charged 2 trip charges, one hour labor and $60 for the part.

Went very well, called before arriving within time frame stated earlier, two men, were competent and on task. Job done well.

Pioneer Plumbing answered their phones on Sunday and promised to call on Monday with an exact time they would come (I did not want to pay for overtime on Sunday). They called me at 7:30 am on Monday to say they had many reports of frozen pipes in my area and would be there between 10 am and noon. They arrived at 11 am,immediately got to work, were careful about not letting my dog out (she loved all the attention they gave her) when they had to go inside my house, and did an excellent job. Price was very reasonable as well. And they billed me, rather than expecting immediate payment which was a nice touch! They also told me exactly what type of insulation I needed to get to ensure that this would not happen again. Both men who came were efficient, pleasant, and gave good information and answered all my questions. I will definitely do business with them again when I need a plumber! I used another plumber for another job, and they were much higher on their hourly rate.

Pioneer's employee Daniel and his assistant arrived promptly. The work was done without waste of time or resources. They did quality work in a professional manner. When they were finished, the kitchen was cleaned up and put in order. I appreciated the respect in which I was treated.

THIS COMPANY RESPONDED TO OUR CALL IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY CAME OUT AND CLEANED OUR DRAINS, AND TOLD US WHAT TO DO IN THE FUTURE TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN.

THIS COMPANY WAS A FACED PACED COMPANY. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I WOULDN'T CALL ANYBODY ELSE TO DO ANY TYPE OF PLUMBING WORK FOR ME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY.

I WAS PRETTY IMPRESSED WITH THE LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM SHOWN BY THE GUYS FROM PIONEER PLUMBING. THEY WORKED VERY QUICKLY AND WERE NEAT AS A PIN. THE PRICE WAS GREAT.

THE MAN FROM THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROMPT WHEN HE CAME OUT. THE PRICING WAS VERY REASONABLE WHEN COMPARED TO THE OTHER PLUMBERS. THEY ALSO PAID ATTENTION TO DETAIL. THEY LEFT EVERYTHING CLEAN WHEN THEY WERE DONE WITH THE JOB.
