I called Pioneer Plumbing to take care of a major leak in my house water system. As this was on a Friday late in the afternoon, they turned off my water and hooked me up to the neighbors water for the weekend. They had me fixed up by noon the following Monday. Cost $800.00. I am quite satisfied.

I called and an appointment was made for the same day. Stan arrived within the scheduled time and called when he was 30 minutes away. This clog was difficult to locate but Stan persevered until he located and corrected the problem. All in all a good experience.

Tech inspected leak in existing water heater and determined it could not be effectively repaired. I elected to have him replace the water heater. Water heater replacement was a flat installed rate, which is never broken out into parts and labor. Replacement was pretty quick, and he explained the features of the new water heater to me (it lights differently than the old one, and has a couple newer safety features).

Went very well. He was very careful to keep carpet clean and cleaned up thoroughly. Also very pleasant to deal with.

We called Pioneer and they agreed to come out between 8 and 8:30 the next morning. They arrived at 8:20. The repair turned out to be more complicated than usual because the water main had several bends and changed size. I liked that the plumber was experienced enough to handle this and was equipped with the necessary parts on his truck to complete the work. After fixing the pipe and refilling the hole in the ground, the landscaping (gravel and decorative stones) was replaced correctly. While their price of $93 per hour was not as low as it might have been, they appear to have done a good job. The plumber was familiar with the Angie's list coupon.

I had my pipes burst after our last freeze. I called Pioneer Plumbing on Monday morning. The receptionist was very helpful and arranged to have a plumber out the following day and also promised to make me their last call so I would not have to miss work. This much I greatly appreciated. However, even though I mentioned that I not only wanted my pipe repaired, and insulated, but that I also needed my irrigation valve replaced, the plumber was unprepared to fix my irrigation valve. He said that I could call a landscaper or I could arrange for him to come out again. He was at my house when I arrived home at 5:20 and said he had just arrived. He came in at 6:30 and told me my water was on. He charged me for the hours of 4:45 to 7pm. Nothing had been done when I arrived, he was just checking the line. It took him 30 minutes to figure out the bill. I came out once to check on how things were going and the service man was sitting in his truck. I feel like he really milked the time it took to do my repair. My neighbors had similar leaks and paid much less. I was left feeling frustrated, and I certainly would not use this company again. Update: They resolved my issues quickly and in the end I was more than satisfied with the work and the price. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

They were very good. They were able to come out the same day. He was able to detect and find the leak within a matter of half hour. He showed me where the leak was. I had him come out the next day to install my garbage disposal. He suggested that I buy it myself and that he would install it because it would be expensive if he bought it for me. He was very professional and prompt. He was personable as well, they have all been good people. He seemed knowledgeable and fixed the issue the same day. I would use them again.

I called, they came gave me a great estimate and then they preformed the work unsupervised by me over two days. A SPECTACULAR job.

They were unable to complete the repair under my sink due to an unforeseen issue, but did solve the issue with the roof. I felt quite a bit of time was wasted to prepare for my job. Meanwhile, I was paying by the hour which was quickly adding up at $93 an hour. The trip charge of $30 felt somewhat outlandish as well! After he was done, he still had to make an extra trip back to his car and to my home to put away the supplies. He was also hesitant to honor their Angie?s List discount.

We called Pioneer Plumbing at 4:30pm on Monday. At 8:00am on Tuesday, Carlos and Jesse arrived to do an estimate. They gave us options and recommendations. They returned Wednesday at 8:00am to install a new water heater in a very tight spot. They were efficient, entirely professional, personable and informative. Every old fitting and line was replaced and brought to code. They tidied up and spent the time to tell me exactly how to maintain the unit for longer life. They pointed out all the features and operation. Could not be more pleased with this company's employees. We will use them for all our plumbing needs. Update four months later: The company was very resistant to honoring the Angie's List discount. First they claimed they forgot. After several months of badgering, they finally sent a check for one-third. We were very disappointed by the management.

We had purchased pretty pricey faucets, and my husband started to install them as he usually does. After working for hours, he concluded there was a problem with the pipes that he wasn't going to handle on his own. I called Pioneer Plumbing after 4:00 PM and had an appointment for 8:00 AM the next day. Upon arrival, Jim diagnosed the problem, set to work, and had both faucets installed by noon. He agreed there were problems with the pipes! He was professional, courteous, and knew his business. Altogether, it was a positive experience which guarantees we will call Pioneer again. An additional bonus was a 10% discount for finding them on Angie's List!

DUG HOLE , LOCATED LEAK. TOOK OUT OFFENDING COUPLING AND REPLACED IT WITH A SUPERIOR FITTING ALL WITHIN ONE HOUR.

Outstanding. On time and courteous. Finding and acquiring parts was required but communication was excellent as that took place over several days. Work was professional and explanations were thorough. Not the ceapest service you'll find, but there is no need for seconf opinions or do-overs.

Excellent. Danny and Daniel were cheerful, positive and full of can-do spirit. They completed the job on schedule and budget, with no surprises. They also went beyond the call and volunteered to fix a couple minor problems before they became larger problems. Highest recommendation for Pioneer and its work!

I came to Pioneer Plumbing with a request to help me complete a bathroom remodel job that had been started by an unlicensed plumber going on two weeks. Pioneer Plumbing responded quickly and installed the bathroom water piping and sewer clean-outs. THey also re-piped the drain for the sink that was incorrectly and in the wrong place. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and courtesy of your plumbers and will be recommending Pioneer Plumbing to others. I am sorry I hired the unlicensed guy who was working out of the back of his SUV. His promise that he could do the job cheaper and knew everything about plumbing was not true. If I would have hired Pioneer Plumbing in the first place it would have saved me a lot of aggravation and time.

Plumber arrived three hours after calling the office. We are satisfied.

It took several hours to complete and Kendall had to work from 2 different outdoor drains and use various sized and types of bits and drills to get the mess cleaned out, but he was very patient and ultimately successfu. 2 weeks later I have not had a new problem.

I did have a problem with the repair. I called them and they sent someone else out and they had it fixed within a half an hour. They did credit me $218.00 for the problem that had happened.

Great from start to finish. Workmen were very polite,left everything in a clean and orderly after each days work. I had several bids one much higher and some lower but felt in good hands once I spoke to Mike the owner. They really did a good job and I cant say enough nice things about the company, I was really unsure of who to use in the beginning because it was such a big job but I was put in the right hands through Angie list with this job.

Great. All were courteous. Response was excellent. The specialist who found the leak spent a lot of time and energy determining exactly where the leak was (in/under the slab), and he didn't charge for the extra time he put in. He told me later he woke up thinking about the problem - determined to find a better way to fix than jack-hammering the slab. He brought in an old-timer and together they found a really elegant fix for the leak. No jack-hammering necessary!

They provided appropriate service. It wasn't a complex job but necessary. The leak created additional damage for others to tackle but we were happy with this plumber.

My daughter lives in the condo we own in Tucson. I was visiting Monday to Tuesday and found water in the ceiling globe in guest bedroom. Since I was leaving on Tuesday, I called Pioneer, told them my tale of woe and they sent Ray out that afternoon. Ray looked at the ceiling under masterbath, disassembled shower regulator, showing me and teaching me the whole time. He did find a loose piece, which he tightened. The next problem he found it was a break in the putty of the tub drain. He took the time to explain how the drain works, took the drain out, replaced putty and drain. I very much appreciated that he would take the time to teach me as well as fix the problem! Great service. Would use them again in a minute.

Both workman were excellent, professional, courteous. They did all necessary work, hauled the old dryer away, cleaned up the area. They even returned some clothes that I had left in the old dryer. I plan to use them again.

GREAT! The company was quick to respond to my complaint about their previous plumber. The new crew fixed all the problems, cleaned up, and even found a problem that the previous plumber had missed. I was impressed with their professionalism and concern for the cleanliness of my home.

The plumber arrived right on time, and went straight to work. He was quick to explain what he was doing, and when he needed parts I didn't have. We had to wait for a jack hammer to allow him to break the concrete around the drain, as the pipe that was there was cracked and brittle. He took 4 hours to complete the job, but seemed efficient. However, once I paid my bill, I went into the bathroom, and saw the mess that he had left behind. ALL the concrete is piled in the shower, as well as pieces from his pipe cuttings and detritus. I also feel he could have used his time more wisely, it felt a bit like I was paying for the time we were waiting for the jack hammer to show up.
