Pima Pool & Plastering

We're pleased with the final results, but the project took much longer than we expected. The tiling process was especially slow, and that step alone took almost 4 weeks to complete. The weather was extremely hot, so we didn't push it too hard, but it still seemed like they accomplished very little while they were here. Communications was an issue, too. The office would tell us what steps were supposed to be done on what days, but we learned not to put too much faith in that. The workers seemed to come and go on a different schedule. Whether we would hire them again is a "maybe". I can't say that we absolutely wouldn't use them again, but we would definitely consider other companies.

Naturally, we expected to run into all kinds of problems with an old pool and a project this size, but Kevin, the owner of PP&P, took care of everything without a hitch. There were unexpected issues that came up, such as loose and broken coping stones, but they never complained and did everything they needed to do to finish the pool perfectly and for the agreed price. Removing and replacing the flagstone had to be a real puzzle chore, but they did a beautiful job. The overall project took longer than originally expected, but I made it clear that we were not in a rush. Plus, if I ever had questions, Kevin was just a phone call or email away. The workers on each phase of this project were professional, polite (even with the hot weather) and cleaned up everything when they were done. We couldn't be happier with the end results.
