 + -1 moreRalph Philabaum had done such good work before, when he was with another company, that we did not hesitate to hire him (without seeking alternate bids) after he had formed his own company. Ralph inspected the work to be done (paint walls of one room, and the walls and ceiling of the kitchen). It took Hugo and Carlos three days to do the job. They paid meticulous attention to detail, did a superb job, and left no trace of their work--except for two beautifully painted rooms.
