Pest Friends secured many places around the house where these pests could enter into our home. They are on a schedule and will also come as needed for new sightings or problems in between visits. Always let us know when they are arriving and make sure to know any current activity.
Description of Work: We have had We needed defenses against mostly Ants; pack rats and wasp nests.

very well, they have a monthly service ($45) that is reasonably priced that puts the removed nests under a warranty. this means that if the rats try to re-inhabit nest then they trap and remove free of charge. I am very satisfied with the service and the techs that come out are very professional. I would recommend this company.

Very pleased! Salomon was exceptional at finding termite tunnels, even when well hidden. Scott and Salomon came up with a plan that took my concerns into account. Very thorough with their explanations ... couldn't be more personable too.

The team was solid when it came to technical ability and explaining exactly what they needed to do and why! They checked in and told me exactly what they were doing and how much longer it would be. The monthly service has been great as well with sending them our needs and then they execute on whatever needs to be done!

Everything went well.
Description of Work: Termite remediation. I was contacted by the owner to arrange services. Thereafter, I was assigned to a technician who came out and inspected our property and recommended a resolution to our problem. They implemented the solution quickly and resolved the problem. When it was evident the termites moved to a second location they quickly returned and took care of the problem.

It went pretty good. They were all courteous, they showed up on time, they were professional and they asked me on how the work was going. They asked me how they did the work for me and I don't have any problems with them.
