Excellent. Construction process went smoothly and quickly. Builder did a very nice job on the building.

The builder did not follow the approved building permit, the plans were incorrect, and the work was not complete. (No attachment to the house, as required.) That was not discovered at the final inspection but was discovered about a year later, long after I had paid for the work in full. When the Code Inspector gave me a Notice of Violation I contacted Performance Steel Buildings to get it corrected. They were not interested in helping complete the job as contracted and to meet the City Code requirements. Because of their refusal to correct their mistakes I had to either hire an attorney and take them to court or pay an additional fee to an engineer for corrections to the plans and a second set of fees for another building and DDO permit. This cost me approximately $1500.00 above and beyond the contracted amount. I had to deal with a Tucson City Code Inspector inspector and go to the City Court because of their failures. It was a nightmare. Beware. Once they get your money there is no follow up support if anything goes wrong with the construction.
