Chris was very responsive and set up a meeting with me for an initial look at the house. At this meeting he came fully prepared with comps and possible price ranges as well as an expert advertisement plan. My ex husband and I actually have bought four houses through our business, and since the divorce we were selling them. So, when I say an expert advertisement plan, I mean it touched everything, he had websites, newspaper ads, text messages, professional photographs and a video of the house made. He also went over areas that I should fix to help increase the chance of getting an offer. Chris also offers staging advice and a handy man if needed. When my ex and I left the state, Chris was still amazing to work with. He went above and beyond with everything. The house was on the market for about a week and we got an offer. We thought we had screwed up on the list price since it didn't cover the buyer's closing costs, but Chris came up with a way to make it all work out for everyone. We knew we might lose money on the house, but Chris helped us keep it to a minimum. Every piece of paper was done electronically so that we could sign it over the computer and email it back to him. He truly made this process completely seamless and is a true professional. If I ever move back to Tucson, I will be contacting Chris to help me purchase a house!

All of our serious buyers came through Chris's leads. We received an offer on the home with in days of the listing. Short sales are tricky and the first buyer didn't stay in the game. Within a few days, Chris had an offer from another buyer with a third buyer in the wings. He worked with the buyer on a regular basis to get the paperwork done and kept them in the offer even after the bank seemed to be totally unreasonable. He worked with the bank on a fair market value and was eventually able to negotiate a deal that worked for all parties. During the entire experience, Chris kept us informed on the status and discussed the possible directions that things could go in. We always knew where we were and the implications of the decisions that they bank might make. He explained the paperwork that we needed to fill out to complete the sale as it was a unique situations for us. Chris is the first realtor that I've worked with out of the 5 home sales I've experienced in my lifetime that I would wholeheartedly recommend. He is great at what he does. I do not exaggerate when I say that you can't find a better agent.

Simply Wonderful Chris and Shannan are tremendous resources in the real estate field. In working with customers, they do a great job making sure they understand customer's needs, help them identify the right location and negotiate the purchase price. But more than that, often times, they can show a property that can be quickly and easily made into a property that completely helps the customer get what they want. Also, they are very dialed into the market and use all of the newest tools and resources to ensure the customer is completely up to date. Because of their business backgrounds, they are very competent on laws, lending issues, and home construction. More than once, I've referred customers to them with excellent results and feedback. He was with me every step of the way.....he explained all the documents that needed to be signed, attended ALL the inspections, attended the closing. He helped us negotiate multiple contracts until we settled on the home where we felt we would be the happiest. The willingness to help us enter and then back out of several contracts so that we had peace of mind meant a lot to us and helped us feel satisfied with both the home we chose and our realtor. Throughout our shopping and buying experience, we appreciated and enjoyed Chris's knowledge and his availability to share that knowledge and advice when we needed it. We could count on speedy responses to our e-mails and texts, even though we know that the team was very busy. Even after the sale we were able to get in touch easily.
