+ -1 moreMy computer was barely functioning, and losing data. Now it's working quite well - better than for a long time. Zoltan was quite tenacious, as the obvious or common problems were not the issue, or I probably would have figured it out myself! He recommended an external hard drive for data storage, and a different virus protection softward, and that got my computer working better than it has since it was new 3 1/2 years ago.
Description of Work: Analyzed reason for malfunction of my computer, gave clear and easily-performed instructions for resolving problems. Was really quite tenacious, as I think others might have given up and told me to buy a new computer. Also, Zoltan was generous with his time, with the amount of work he actually had to do to diagnose the problem - about 2 hours.

+ -1 moreI have had other computer technicians and Zolton is able to not only beat their prices but is personable, friendly. Extremely patient with those of us that are computer challenged. He responds very quickly when we need him. Comes to us which makes working with him so convenient. As a single woman I am careful about who I invite in to my house to do repair work. Zolton has always acted professionally and is very trustworthy. I highly recommend him to anyone in the Tucson area.
Description of Work: Zolton has been servicing both my home and office computers for awhile now. He comes to us. He has installed new computers, fixed used ones, installed new programs & printers. He can pretty much do it all. He is the Master of the computer.
