Patriot Dog Training

I had an intitial training session with Renee Gonzales. I was impressed with he pinch collar approach. Off Leash K-9 typically uses an e collar but the pinch collar was very effective. Based on how well the first session went, I purchased a package and have continued to train with Renee. My dog is now walking without pulling. She's doing much better and Renee has provided tool to help manage the situation when my dog comes across another dog. You can see how calm she (black) is in a picture when another dog was introduced.

Overall I would give an A plus. For someone to work with a service dog it is also important to listen to the handler you know about the things that you trained them to do and they definitely didn't. They are just super awesome I just love them.

The service was over the course of a few months. There were a few things on her training I could not figure out on my own and they came in and helped with that. The price was reasonable. For someone to work with a service animal it is also important to listen to the handler and they definitely did. I love them.

They're wonderful. They're very well-trained people. They know how to handle dogs and how to get the result from the dogs that we're looking for. I have recommended to few people and they're very impressed too. Their responsiveness is very good. I would definitely use them in the future.

Fantastic! Joe spent an hour working with our dog and working with us on ways to handle the issue. We could already tell a difference by the time we left. Joe is very knowledgeable and was very good with our dog, who ended up feeling comfortable enough to sit/lay next to HIM before the session was over. He taught us a lot, as well as teaching the dog. I would definitely recommend and will use him/them again with any further issues or further necessary training.

Joe was great at helping with my dog Maggie that was having dog aggression problem. He showed how to handle the problem and explained why she was doing it. I would definitely use them again if needed to.

Completed in one day, including the training, and it's not some ugly intrusive thing . There were 2 young men who were very friendly and efficient who installed the fence. Not only did they install the electric fence but they also trained my critters as well. The results are better than I expected, so I am very happy to recommend them. This is the 2nd review I have written, but I don't know what happened to the first one. Anyway, many thanks again.

Absolute professional and fellow dog lover. Abe is SERIOU...S about his work and his product. The quality of this underground dog fence is 10 times better than the do it yourself systems you can buy. I know because I've had both. He did layout, learned my expectations and installed system. Took the time to explain to me in terms I could understand on how to get the most out of the system at the same time keeping my dogs safe. I normally leave the gate open to my fence which allows my dog an escape route approximately 20 feet wide. Because I like to keep my gate open I needed a method to contain my dog and prevent him from leaving. Dog Guard showed up to provide a solution by placing a buried electric fence around the opening of the gate. The quote went off without a hitch and was reasonably priced. Abe measured the distance from the home to the gate and then the opening around the open area. A few days later Dog Guard showed up and installed the fence underground. Everything looks professionally installed and all the wire is hidden. The dog now has a collar with a receiver that he only wears when outside. We remove it when he is inside. The dog does not leave the yard. I would recommend Dog Guard to anyone. Good Luck

Abe showed up twice to adjust placement of wiring and use of collars. He returned my call immediately. He gave thought to unusual circumstances in my yard and with my dogs. He worked with me and the dogs through a couple options until we found a version that worked.
