It went quite poorly. Company didn't disclose services in writing properly, rude employee used profanity when questioned about failure to complete job. The job was overpriced, misrepresented and just a very bad experience. Put glass in and left glue residue on casing, didn't tuck casing in well. Only did half the work they quoted. When contacted to work out something, more inappropriate language, yelling, childish behavior. Poor credibility when called out for deception and fraud. Also suspect a signature was forged by someone at the company when job completion signature was refused. Flat out shady characters. They also treat women very poorly, so don't let your wives, daughters, girl friends deal with these people. Find another company. I also suspect when they see this review, they'll blame me and everyone else but them and will refuse to take a hard look at themselves in the mirror involving their ethics, and business practices. And notice on their website they quote the bible....Well there's a saying, "religion is the last refuge of the true scoundrel." Clearly makes sense to me after making the mistake of calling this place.

They did an excellent job. They had to work with a bituminous adobe wall and ran into some problems removing the old metal window frame. It took them longer to do the work than they probably anticipated. However, they did not complain at all. They got everything installed and cleaned up after themselves. They also had to remove the security bars to install the windows. They then reinstalled the security bars just fine.
