Overman Construction LLC

While we didn't end up choosing Overman Construction for our bathroom remodel, this was due to an implicit promise to work with another contractor who'd called us sooner. Blake came to our home to give us a free estimate anyway. His estimate came in much lower for similar work, but I didn't feel right about ditching the first contractor, who had given us a lot of advice and even went to the tile store to help us. I don't believe in breaking promises. I wanted to hear Blake's estimate as a back up plan since this is our first time to use a contractor, and I've heard the horror stories. I can't comment on Blake's work, but his estimate was detailed and thorough. He seemed professional and knowledgeable. If anything should go wrong with our current contractor, Blake will be the one I'll call first.

I was really happy with it. They were very professional. He is just a nice man and enjoyable to work with.

First had to remove 16' thick wall to the ceiling and existing shower while saving the marble wallboard. Had to dig the floor down about 4" in order to have it truly walk in. Tiled part of the walls, floor and bench. Moved the shower control close to walk in entry point. Repaired all walls, ceiling, crown molding and repainted. Installed grab bars and shower head. Repaired flooring tile to match existing. Grouted and sealed all tile. Arranged for glass install. Also installed tile line around wall in guest bath, installed new showerhead in 2nd master bath and adjusted toilet flow..

He does really good work and we've used him for several projects. He is a true handyman. His rates are good and he is a professional.
