The technician replaced the garage door spring which was broken. He gave us an honest appraisal of the cost and our options. Because our garage door spring was pretty outdated, he showed us how we could update it and what the benefits were. There was no pressure to upgrade the system, just a detailed explanation of our options. We asked him what his honest recommendation was and went with that. We are very satisfied with the service and result of the repair.

They were on-time to give an estimate and communicated well leading up to the install. The install lead time took about 3 weeks to prepare the steel, I guess. The install itself took three hours and was very professionally done. The price was good considering the company's experience doing the same work.

Serviceman scheduled promptly, arrived on time, did only work that was necessary.

I asked if I could do it for less, told me fo $250 they could replace with a reworked motor came back 2 days later, with a motor that sparked, was dirty and looked burned out. It did not work and blew a fuse. Told me they would reschedule that week 5 days went by . no call later so I called. Then told me they would not reccommend a reworked motto ( thank God ) gave me another suppliers name . I did not call them Then I called a competitor who did it for $265 PERFECTLY !! Poor judgment all around The Serviceman was polite and apologetic at least

My garage door opener did not work. Overhead Door came promptly and replaced the entire mechanism.

It was excellent. They come out when they say they do, the unit has operated perfectly, and as far as I'm concerned, they're great!

It was a great experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, the technician worked quickly and efficiently, and there have been no issues with the door since his visit.

On December 26, 2014 I purchased a $68.00 coupon, from the Overhead Door Company of Tucson and Southern Arizona, through Angie's List for garage door opener maintenance. Ironically, the motor on my garage door opener burned out. When Steven came out to do the scheduled maintenance, he told me what I already knew, "It was time for a new opener." Steven returned, as scheduled, on January 3, 2015 to replace the opener. Steven arrived promptly that morning as scheduled and completed the work quickly and professionally. I am very happy with the newly installed opener and the fact that there was no pressure to purchase more equipment than was needed. I would definitely recommend this company to others. Went well. Installed and painted door to match existing color of surrounding wall. There was some problem after about a week, but they came out and fixed it.

This garage door was installed in 2001, and nothing had ever broken on it, so it was due for some TLC. The spring breaking was the reason for the service call, and this company provided same-day service. I called about 10 AM, and they were at the house about 2 PM - right in the middle of the 1-3 time window they had given me. Adam was the service technician, and was very professional and thorough. He checked every part of the door, and in addition to replacing the broken and old springs, he made a suggestion to replace the original plastic wheels with the better quality, lifetime guaranteed nylon/ball-bearing ones, but was not high-pressure at all. We took his advice and had them replaced. He was finished with the entire job in a little less than an hour. I would definitely hire this company again.

The initial visit was to inspect and determine if the garage door was closing properly. During inspection the technician found that one of the springs associated with the garage door opening and closing properly had broke. He asked if he could come back the next day, which was a Sunday, to repair the door. On Sunday he returned and completed all repairs efficiently and professionally and gave me instructions on maintenance to keep the garage door functioning properly at all times.

It was good. They were fine. I had no problem. They seem okay.

Had to order seal. Delay in getting it. Communication was good. Tech even adjusted door.

I called about 5pm and they were able to service my door the next day. Art gave me a 3 hour time range and called me right before they came. Art and his son explained and showed me the problem. They were very professional and knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem and replaced the part in a timely manner. I was very pleased with them and will use them again. I will definitely use them again.

I called the company, and they said they'd be out the next morning between 7:00 and 7:30 am, and would call when the tech was on his way. They called at 7:25 and the tech showed up at 7:35. The tech advised me the door was made in the 90s, and wasn't being made any longer. He also observed that the door was cracked and had been repaired by a previous tech. After exploring various options from simply replacing the broken spring to replacing the door - something he wouldn't be able to do that day. I chose one of the middle options. The tech was very professional, and cleaned up after himself. The company was recommended by my neighbor, and I would definitely call them for future work if it becomes necessary.

After contacting for estimate, promptly came to give estimate. Received written estimate. After some thought, faxed signed form to company. No acknowledgement of receipt of fax, no response to phone inquiry. Heard nothing for weeks, assumed they weren't going to do work. Then received phone call announcing install date. They were willing to change date to a Thursday to fit my schedule. Installers arrived promptly, were friendly, did good work but didn't entirely finish job on Thursday. Led me to believe they would return on Friday to finish, but no one showed on Friday. Called, was told they would return on Monday afternoon to finish. No one showed, no word on Monday afternoon. Called again, was told they would come on Tuesday morning to finish. They did, and did good work. Work seems to be good, but poor responsiveness, poor sharing of scheduling information.

Estimate was performed by one of the owners. He was prompt, professional and explained the process fully. Technicians were at the house for over 4 hours. They showed up on time, were hard working and did an excellent job of installing new system and cleaning up. A couple of times throughout the day, I wandered outside to check on progress and overheard the techs using "choice" words in their conversations that could be offensive; hence the B rating for professionalism.

THE ONLY GOOD THING I CAN SAY IS THAT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ON TIME. OTHERWISE I THOUGHT THAT I WAS CHARGED TO MUCH MONEY FOR WHAT I HAD DONE. THEN WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME RIGHT BACK, AND I HAD TO CALL THE NEXT WEEK.

I DID NOT THINK THAT IT TOOK ALL THAT LONG TO GET THEM BOTH INSTALLED. THIS COMPANY SHOWED US THAT THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY HAD A GREAT PRICE.

THIS COMPANY MADE SURE THEY CLEANED UP ALL OF THEIR MESS AND GOT EVERYTHING THAT MIGHT PUT A HOLE IN THE CARS TIRES. I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY PROMPT BUT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH FOR WHAT THEY DID.
