Tom and his assistant (Shannon?) did a fine job; our carpets look so much better. They take pains to protect your floors, woodwork, etc. Nice guys too.

We've used Oro Valley CC several times. They arrive on time. They're conscientious about the quality of they're work. We had trailed grease from the garage throughout the entire house (new light carpet) and they worked very hard to remove it. Not easy. After they left and the rug dried, I could still see hints of the grease and they came right back and worked on the spots until I was satisfied. That's when I understood how much they care about customer service. "Honesty" comes to mind. And "Integrity". Have used them several times and will continue. Also, have referred friends and they have been equally pleased.

Our family has been using Tom and his crew since he opened for business and they are the absolute best in Tucson! Tom makes booking an appointment easy, and they always show up on time. They are friendly and professional, with great value. I appreciate Tom take a more natural approach to the checmicals used. The owner is Thomas Nielsen. I highly recommend him. He was very punctual. He was very thorough. He made good use of his time. He was efficient and utilizes his time. I feel like his services were priced fairly.

We have received Excellent service Mr Nielsen was here personally. As usual, they arrived on time and cleaned the areas we needed to get cleaned. Carpets look like new again... We are very happy with this company When the time comes we will definitely hire them again.

These guys were excellent. We just bought the house and we were in a time squeeze and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before we moved in. They came in on a Sunday. They are an excellent company. They have brand new machinery which is one of the good things. We spent around $230 to $240 for the whole house. Their price was competitive. Their quality was very good. Their responsiveness was excellent as they worked on a Sunday. Their punctuality was excellent. They were on time and were very nice people. The house was painted so they put rubber spacers between the walls and the house. We are so happy with them. They are a very good company. We plan to call them within a month or 2.

I have never been motivated to write a positive report upon having my carpets cleaned. Until hiring Servicemaster by Nielsen, the services provided were all pretty much the same. This was quite different. Mr. Nielsen and his helper pre-vacuumed the entire area. He spot-treated and bleached areas where stains were present. He answered questions I had about an older wool rug and gave great tips that worked on cleaning it. He also gave good information about green chemicals, talked candidly about hazards to children in carpets (brought in on our feet as well as carpet chemicals). When they were finished cleaning, they combed the carpet till it looked like new. Rather than the 1.5 hour cleaning I was used to from other companies, this took 3, but I was floored by the work he did and the care he took! I will not use any other company again.
