They were horrible. I originally called them to check out my unit and they told me that the capacitor was bad so they replaced it. I took the old one somewhere else and they tested it and told me nothing was wrong with it. I then called American back and told them to install my old one because I don't like to be ripped off. They came and put the old one back and tore up the wires. I had called them back to send a different guy to replace the wires and they messed up my unit so bad that it had never worked since. I had to call a different company to come and fix what they destroyed. They were trying to charge me 105 dollars for the capacitor and tried to get me in a 3 year service agreement. I only ended up paying the service fee and they got their capacitor back.

American Home replaced my central A/C and gas furnace unit after it failed. They had repaired it the year before and I had a maintenance contract with them. When it failed on the first hot weekend of the year (around July 4) they showed up the next day and told me I needed a new unit. As I did not have time to get other estimates, I reluctantly agreed to have the new unit installed the next day. They were prompt and professional and the work was done just as described. I got a free duct cleaning and a programmable thermostat. They were able to answer all the questions I had and I decided to upgrade my unit from the basic one that was a builder unit. I got a Trane with variable-speed fan and checked online to determine that this was exactly the model I needed before installation.

THEY DID A NICE JOB. THEY COME OUT ONCE A YEAR TO CLEAN THE AIR CONDITIONER AND THE AIR DUCTS. THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESS THEY ALWAYS CLEAN UP WHEN THEY FINISH.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT ON ARRIVAL. THEY STAYED OUT OF THE WAY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, AND THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS TO OUR TIME. THEY GOT DONE WITH THEIR JOB QUICKLY, AND WE WILL CONTINUE TO REFER THEM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

I HAD REALLY BAD ALLERGIES BEFORE THEY HAD COME OUT TO CLEAN MY DUCTS. AFTER THEY HAD COME OUT I AM FEELING GREAT AGAIN. THEY DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THEY WORKED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD. THEY WERE A VERY WELL MANNERED COMPANY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN THE CLEANING OF OUR AIR DUCTS.

THEY GUYS FROM THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING THE DUCTWORK IN OUR HOME. THE HEATING AND AIR WORKS MUCH BETTER SINCE IT WAS DONE. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS OUTSTANDING.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY CLEAN OUT MY AIR DUCTS THEN DO A FOLLOW UP TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS WORKING PROPERLY. THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT. I WOULD PERSONALLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

THEY DO A GOOD JOB, I HAVE A FIVE YEAR CONTRACT WITH THEM, SO THEY COME OUT QUITE FREQUENTLY TO CLEAN OUT MY AIR DUCTS. I HAVE 10 FELINES SO MY AIR GETS DUSTY WITH DANDER, IT'S NICE TO HAVE THEM ON CALL.

THE COMPANY IS ALWAYS PUNCTUAL AND VERY THOROUGH WITH THEIR WORK. THE WORKMANSHIP IS OUTSTANDING, AND THEY ARE RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS. I WOULD RECOMMEND A CONTRACT TO ANYONE, SO THAT IS ONE LESS THING TO REMEMBER TO HAVE DONE.

I FIRST NOTICED AMERICAN HOME MAINTENANCE THROUGH THEIR MARKETING. I WANTED TO GIVE THEM A TRY AND WAS GLAD I DID. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, GOT RIGHT TO WORK, AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.

THE GUYS DID A GREAT JOB ON THE CLEANING. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN IF EVER NEEDED. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

THE WORK THEY DID WAS OF HIGH QUALITY. THEY WERE FAIRLY PROMPT. MY AIR CONDITIONER NOW BLOWS LIKE THE ARCTIC. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

THIS COMPANY WAS ON THE MORE EXPENSIVE SIDE. THEIR WORK WAS JUST AVERAGE AND WASN'T WORTH THE MONEY WHAT SO EVER. I WOULDN'T EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN BASED ON THE QUALITY OF WORK.

THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL WHEN THEY CAME TO MY HOME. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AS WELL. THEY MADE SURE TO CLEAN UP THEIR MESS WHEN THEY WERE DONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS OR ANYONE LOOKING TO GET THEIR AIR DUCTS CLEANED.

I FEEL LIKE I KNOW THE EMPLOYEES LIKE FAMILY NOW. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB FOR ME AND WERE SO PERSONABLE. I HAVE AND WILL BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS.

THE MEN WERE ON TIME, AND THEY DID THEIR JOB WELL. THEY SHOWED ME HOW TO RUN MY NEW AIR CONDITIONER, AND THEY JUST SEEMED REALLY PROFESSIONAL OVERALL.

WHEN MY HUSBAND HAD CALLED THEY WERE VERY POLITE ON THE PHONE. A DAY BEFORE THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO COME, THEY CALLED TO REMIND US WHAT TIME THEY WERE COMING.

I HAVE HAD A YEARLY SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THEM FOR MANY YEARS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN DEPENDABLE AND COME OUT WHENEVER I HAVE CALLED FOR VARIOUS REPAIR JOBS.
