THE COMPANY OWNER SHOWED UP FOLLOWED BY A SECOND CAR WITH A MEXICAN LICENSE PLATE. There appeared to be two women in the second car. I was told by Yvette that she would not be staying and that the women would be cleaning my home. I asked her if the women had papers or documents appropriate to LEGALLY being in the United States. Yvette said a few things. None of them had to do with their being legally documented workers. She finally commented, "What do you expect when you get services on short notice." I needed help DESPERATELY... even beyond desperately and the consequences of not having the services when I needed them have been very dire. HOWEVER, I was not and am not willing to collaborate in breaking immigration law. That potentially can have even more dire consequences. It is also socially and morally wrong. I took photos of the license plates of both vehicles. Yvette, with her proteges following, left. That was such a massive betrayal of trust that I would never consider using the company again. AND I really object to being "invited" into breaking the law. I am a disabled senior age 69+.

I used them for about 8 months. They did a fairly good job- some days were better than others. Sometimes they forgot to empty bathroom trash or Windex glass, clean out the microwave or add the dog bowls in the dishwasher but they usually did a good job. The owner is not the best communicator but she works very hard. They are often 1-2 hours late, so this is not the company to choose if you punch a clock- however, if you are gone at work all day and just want it done by the time you arrive home, they are perfect.

I've referred them to other neighbors. 2,500 sq ft home and charge under $100 a week to clean the whole thing. Very professional family business. Leave business card and a check list of everything they've done. Always are very courteous. The owner, Eva, handles most of the communication to make sure everything is done correctly. I got her when I first started the company.
