New shower enclosure took 3 weeks beyond promised date. They removed existing enclosure ,then twice got wrong size glass from from their glass supplier. Did nothing to expedite faster delivery or offer any accomodation (without a shower for 3+ weeks!) for their errors. Customer service orientation not apparent. Ultimate installation was professionally completed.
