Open Enclose made this project easy. From the salesman, to the office staff, to the install team, everyone was professional and respectful. We had received several quotes from various companies and felt Open Enclose was the "right fit". The install was flawless and the windows are absolutely beautiful. True value for the money. I would definitely recommend this company.

We contracted with Open Enclose to replace 14 interior doors and trim. While we are happy with the finished products, this project took over six months, from the first visit to installing the last door. The doors that were sent out in late May for installation included three that were damaged and needed to be re-ordered. Additionally, the shop didn't send all the necessary trim. The re-ordered doors and final trim were installed in late July; they had to return to fix the trim installation the following week. We still had one door that hadn't been stained properly; that had to be taken back to the shop and it was finally installed in early August. While we are happy with the new doors, we were frustrated at how long this project took. To his credit, the painter/stainer who installed the final door was very apologetic about all the delays and problems.

They repaired a sliding glass door that was difficult to open and didn't always close properly. It's like a brand new door now. I'll be calling them to fix the other one.

I had 12 triple pane windows installed. 10 were on a screen porch. 2 were replacements for single pane windows in a bedroom. All was completed as expected. The difference in sound and insulation amazed me. I can now use my porch year round. Very pleased.

I hired Don to complete my cabinet refacing and the wrong color was ordered initially causing the project be pushed back six weeks, the moulding that was completed was completely unprofessional, the refacing material was not stalled in correctly and already coming undone after two months. Don came back out to my house to try and remedy the moulding situation but made it very clear that he was going “above and beyond” his job duty. Before I hired I was very clear that I wanted trim all around my cabinets and moulding to mesh with the soffet and he unfortunately didn’t deliver. I would not recommend Open Enclose for cabinet refacing.

Open Enclose came out to check out the project, gave me a quote & repaired according to scope. My sliding glass door is old & heavy, it now slides like new! I would not only recommend, I would hire again!

I was very pleased with the service. The contractor was on time and repaired the locking mechanism on the sliding glass door in very short order. Then he said there was no charge.. Can't beat that.

Their price was exorbitant for the work performed. The job took about 20 minutes to complete and the workmen were very good at their job. They charged me $225 for this 20-minute job and I guess travel time. I needed the work done and they were the only one that came up on Home Advisor for my area.

This is a company you can trust to do quality work even if you're not present. I was over 1800 miles away when an attempted break-in was made on my house, damaging the door. Open Enclose came out several times to measure, fit and install the door and met our high expectations. I would hire them again.

Very prompt. I had a stuck door and they had it closed within a couple hours of my call. Within a week they came and fixed the rollers and such so I have smoothly operating sliding doors.
