Brandon arrived on time and was extremely courteous, professional and very knowledgeable answering any and all questions I had about the services as well as service contracts to avoid future problems. Extremely pleased.

I called Superior Air LLC to make sure that they could fix my motor home gas propane furnace heater. They were supposed to arrive on tuesday October 3, at 9:00 a.m. A little after 9am I had to call Superior Air because they did not show up. I was put on hold and told that the repairman was delayed but should be there by 11am. At 11am I called again. I should not have had to call they should have called me. And they arranged the time to come for sure between 1pm and 3pm. Superior Air repairman showed up at 2pm and only stayed 20minutes I was told by this reapairman that it only needed bearings repaired and thet the office person would call me on Wednesday. They sent me a lilnk to get my receipt for the call. This is very unprofessional as I could not read what I was signing. The next day, this Elizabeth called and stated that I had to purchase the item myself and gave me the model number E4f and to get it from AutoZone I was then informed that the price to complete would take three hours and they bill at $131 an hour. I was never told that I was told that the price was $75 a hour. When I called auto zone for the part I was informed that the part was for the engine blower heater blower and not for the furnace. I even gave the name for Merrigans to the repairman for the RV parts to get from. They were very unprofessional and if the cannot quote the price per hour before you come out and that they actually know that they can fix the part and that they actually can look up the part as being an RV part and not an engine part they should not have taken on this particular assignment. I request that you make them refund my $69.95 back to my account.

Turned out to be more expensive than I had anticipated but they were able to work with me with the billing. Very nice people to work with.

The technician was friendly, polite and knew his stuff. He found the problems and made my system work like new again. I won't need to shop around anymore. These folks are the BEST!!!

They gave me a discount on the Freon for my system because I engaged them through Home Advisor.

Guy came out and charged $120 to check the coolers. Gave an estimate of $938 for a float,2 belts and a moter then left. Nothing resolved and water still running off the trailer'roof. Will not use again.

Did a great job in getting my cooler going. Will hire them again next year.
