We called for service on our evaporative cooler on Monday and had a technician come out. He arrived on time and was personable, but though he assured us he had resolved the problem, the next day the system would not come back up and it was the same problem. I called back to report it to your company but we were told we couldn't have anyone come out again until Friday - during a week of 100+ degree days. I think it's poor customer service to not only send out someone not familiar with the equipment in question, but worse not to respond when an issue is reported. We had another company come out in response to our call once Superior Air had refused to return in a timely manner and as soon as the cover was off the unit they knew what the problem was and had it fixed in half an hour. It has been running fine ever since.

They had to come twice to fix the float and was charged $70 and the very next day the problem wasn't fixed and they came and wanted to charge the same amount but ended up only $30 and it only took them 7 minutes.
