Description of Work: Drained our septic tank.Service was very good and very efficient.

Description of Work: Billy cleaned out the filter and pumped the tanks. He was on time and very helpful in making sure the system was working properly and checked several aspects of the system while he was here.

Description of Work: I was clear on the gallons in the tank, where things were and had plans from the county. They quoted $375 ish. When they arrived, the price jumped to over $600 because they "said" the tank was 1800 gallons, yet had no proof, didn't fax or email anything even though they said they certified it in 2002. Supposedly 1800 gal would take two tanks as one tank only held 1500 gallons, but I "had" to pay for 2 tanks as they couldn't go elsewhere. Ok, but charge me per gallon, not per tank. I called someone else who emptied the tank to the bottom and it was under 1500 gallons. He could pump nothing more at the bottom. Too bad I felt taken, the fellow was super polite, yet his boss no budge. Yet to get paperwork to state 1800 gallons. Real problem is the guy who emptied the tank proved it was 1500 gallons with his truck. Had no idea why I asked.

Description of Work: I needed my septic tank pumped. This was the first time we had this tank pumped since we bought this house. We did not know precisely where the tank was since it was not tagged. We did know the general area within about a 20 sq. ft area. The worker spent 2 hours probing and digging and could not locate the tank. This was disappointing and costly. The worker suggested I contact a plumber to do a line location with a camera. He recommended a plumber. I called them and they came out and located the septic tank which cost $330. Old Pueblo then came out again and pumped the tank. The tank was about 3-4 ft. from where the worker had originally dug. The worker's inability to locate the tank originally cost me an extra $505 ($95 trip charge, $120 labor charge, $40 credit, $330 plumber fee)
