Work was generally OK and on time. However, the original entrance to the driveway was essentially ignored, the shape changed, and it extended onto neighbor's driveway. The entrance to the driveway was previously symmetric and flared out. Now it does so on one side only and the other extends to roadway and neighbor's property. Despite numerous calls to the owner - after full payment - there was no response. The message? The service is fine unless something goes wrong in which case, Good Luck. At the very least, do not pay in full until you have had time to fully inspect the work from one end to the other.

Service performed in a timely fashion and was "mostly" OK except for a few issues which were important: contractor seal coated front entrance incorrectly and included partial coating of neighbor's driveway. Result was diminished appearance/shape of our own driveway entrance and unfortunate contrast of new/old driveway on neighbor's property. We informed OPS about the issue but scheduled return to evaluate the situation and some other issues was cancelled by owner because they were "very busy". We called twice (voice mail full) and emailed twice without a response! It has been 2 months since driveway was sealcoated. Unfortunately, full payment was made initially. Our thoughts: if the work is done correctly the first, this company would probably be OK. If you need them to return for any reason, good luck!!!
