Olander's Window Replacement

Very professional from start to finish. Installation crews took their time and did a very nice job. Cleaned up after themselves inside and outside. Minimal interior surface damage. Would use again. MIlgard windows are very nice.

We replaced all the old leaky windows on our small townhouse. Olander's price was in line with other vendors for the same windows (slightly higher). The 2-man crew arrived promptly on the scheduled day. They encountered some surprises when they removed 2 of the windows but were able to figure out a work-around. This set back the installation a bit so they had to return the next day to install the final window. They did a good job of protecting furniture and cabinets that couldn't be moved out of the way and cleaned up as they went.

They were extremely professional!!I needed it done on a very short time frame and they were able too get it done. I called several other places who didn’t even get back to me with a quote. They were always on time!! I highly recommend them

The Olander's people were absolutely the best! The came out and measured each window/door, talked about options, and gave me an estimate, which was very reasonable. They came out again with the installation foreman and estimater, remeasured the windows, checked the existing window installations to make sure they had everything right. Their installation was very detailed with care to seat and seal the windows and cut and fit the new trim. They let me know what they were doing every step of the way. What a great product and great experience.

Arthur's estimate was professional and had no gimmicks. Each window had an individual price based on type and size, and the estimate didn't have any "buy one get one free" or other come on like we had received from other companies. We chose to do all of the windows, and the install team was terrific - they were polite, clean, efficient and did a superior job. Everyone from the company exhibited the highest quality professionalism, and we have highly recommended them to our neighbors.

Arthur arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. He did not seem as knowledgeable as some of the other companies that bid on my project. Although he told me he would get back to me in 7-10 days time, I had to request the quote months later, at which time I received a quote for windows different than those we discussed. Since Arthur is one of the owners, I wonder if I can trust them to do the job right.

They did a terrific job. Arthur was by far the most knowledgeable estimator of the 3 companies we contacted. Tony and his crew were extremely skillful, neat, and courteous. Their subcontractor Charlie and his crew were also very skillful. Everybody was on time. The project was on schedule. We had a small issue with one screen that was not perfect. They fixed that promptly without question beforeaccepting final payment.

We found Olanders' here on Angie's and went to visit their showroom and see some example windows. We chose some replacements and left feeling a lot smarter about windows. Arthur came to our house a few days later to look at the job and give us an estimate which was emailed to us a couple of days later. The price sounded fair and we liked the look and quality of the windows. There was absolutely no pressure or sales pitch to go for more expensive windows, just a very informative discussion about the job. The windows had to be ordered and that took quite a while, but we were in no hurry. The installers, Kyle and Ricky arrived right on time on the scheduled day and got to work..The installers were very professional and pointed out some interesting things regarding the installation of the old windows and why they leaked so badly. The installation was completed that same day and looked really great. Kyle and Ricky were very good about keeping the work clean and tidy. A great job ! Tony arrived the next day to do the stucco repair around the new windows and he too did an excellent job. Very professional. The stucco repair looked really great. All-in-all an excellent job by a very good company. Olander's will be our "window people" now. Highly recommend them.

They were very professional. They arrived as scheduled and cleaned up as each window/door was completed. I am very happy with the work they did and the new windows are great!

The installations went very well. Except there was a months delay in finishing the job when one window arrived damaged. Milgard took that long to provide a replacement. The installers were very polite and skilled,they cleaned up the sites satisfactorily. The stucco work that needed to be done afterward was done wonderfully. No complaints outside of the long delay.

They removed all the security bars from the Prison Ministry Building and did it in coordination with the painting contractor so that the bars could be painted better by the painting contractor. They did an excellent job of removing the windows and replaced them with an argon gas filled double paned window with a vinyl frame. They price was very competitive with other window contractors. The only problem I had was that the window estimate was off some. They left out two windows from the estimate. I thought I was really getting a great price. However, when the two windows were added back into the price, I was getting a competitive price that was very close to the other contractors prices.

They were great. They cut our energy cost by at least 40%. It is a good crew. Everybody who works there is very competent, whether it is the estimator, the people who right up the sale, or the ones who come to the house. They have been doing it for long, and we are very easy to work with. They gave us the estimate on how long it was going to take. They were very nice, and friendly. The pricing was reasonable. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Long, Long waits. for products from Milgard, wrong trim sent from company. Communication poor from the installer.Difficult install. Custom window manufacturing from Milgard Would not ever again purchase from Milgard..Not a good experience. Price High. Patrick Olander did his best to make things right. Cannot say the same for the Milgard VP here in Tucson. Buyer be careful!

This job went exceedingly well - they were conscientious in their preparation and measuring, were prompt with the installation, and the quality was superb. I highly recommend this company!

Best work I have had done on my house to date! The installers from Olanders were the utmost professionals and paid great attention to detail. The word took three days to remove all the windows and install the new ones. The installers were very respectful of my property and cleaned up every day. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

He honored the 10 percent discount deal and I didn't even tell him to do it.

I will recommend Olanders to anyone! I had a great experience from getting the quote to the install. Super prompt professional and friendly. Price was better than another by $2000. But even if it had not been, I probably would have gone with them due to service issues.

After visiting their showroom and learning about their replacement window products, we scheduled Arthur, the estimator, to come and measure so we could get a firm quote. He was prompt, and the quote followed within a day. We were not pressured or told the prices were only good for that day, requiring an immediate decision. The day installation was to begin, the installers arrived as scheduled, introduced themselves, were professional and began work immediately. They removed our security bars, and agreed to return well after the window replacement was completed to re-install the bars - allowing us plenty of time for repainting. The crew was courteous, helpful, and cleaned up thoroughly each day. We are very pleased with the workmanship, appearance, and the quality of our new windows/doors. We would use Olanders Window Replacement again and definitely recommend them to others.

Arthur was very professional and personable when he came out to give an estimate. He was great about answering all our questions and outlining how the work would be done.The store had good displays of the different styles of windows so we could see them in person before deciding on the different choices available. It was a very busy season for them and their store worked with us to schedule the work to be done in as timely manner as possible. The men who installed the windows were very nice and worked well together, personable to be around. They worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up after themselves very nicely. They did a very neat job caulking around the windows. I really like the way the new windows did not take up more of our window sill, instead the extra space needed was taken from the outside. We liked them a lot. We had checked other companies and types of replacement windows but are very happy we chose these windows and this company. We feel we got a good value and also an Angie's List discount. We are very satisfied and would never hesitate to use them again. We feel the windows are good quality as well.

The original type of glass is not made anymore but Olander's found a glass similar to replace it with. The man that came to the house kept me updated on when he was going to arrive and how long it would take. It was a fast and efficient job.

I removed the window and took it to Olanders. The window had to be shipped to the manufacturer to be repaired. After a few days, they called and said it was ready. I picked it up and replaced the window.

Trmendous reviews with old line company, however, on exactly same items price was way over other vendors.
