+ 0 moreI worked with Kara Van Winsen and it was a horrible experience. She did not follow through on the loan and I had to start working with the manager. She pulled my credit when we discussed waiting to see what rates were first. She offered me a credit fro her mistake and didn't put it on the final loan paperwork until I called her on it. She put cash back on the loans and when I asked for the them to be removed she stated that I could just pay them back at closing and wouldn't adjust it. That would have cause my loan payment to be higher fro the entire loan. I had to start working with the manager to finish my loan. Please do not use NOVA. It was not a good experience.
