Description of Work: We hired them to clean our 16,000 gallon pool. When they came out, they drained the pool and immediately refilled it. They did not clean or vacuum it at all. They did a chlorine wash on the walls of the pool to kill any algae that had started growth but they hadn't done anything else as far as cleaning the pool properly. They had left mud and debris in the bottom of the pool still. When they came out the next day to refill the pool after draining it, we questioned why they hadn't cleaned it out before refilling it. When we tried to deal work with them regarding this issue, they were very rude. They asked that we pay $180 instead of the $375 for their time and effort but are out the cost of needing this work done still. So far we have a dirty pool that has been refilled with clean water that still needs to be cleaned out. We are still in the negative due to the water bill increase for draining and refilling. We have not paid for this service yet and will not until the job is done right. The owner said that he would contact us after his vacation and he never did.

Very disappointed. This company acquired our original, awesome pool service company. Been downhill ever since. Owner is very pleasant and professional, but he isn't the one working on our pool each week. Final straw is we have a green algae filled pool, told him a week ago right before they were here. Why wouldn't they see and address that? Now the heat has caused a huge issue. We used to never have to think about our pool. It's only three years old. Now it's constant issues. We pay for pool care because we are new to having a pool, both work and travel for work, and wanted the benefit of someone keeping our pool in usable condition. We were thrilled for 2.5 yrs with our previous provider. We will be using another service.
