Excellent work. They went above and beyond with some small extras I wanted - they did for no charge. Very high integrity. Bill's team even walked gingerly when required. Including remove and install new tub, new plumbing, custom marble install, painting. Highly recommend. They are experts and know what they are doing.

Workers showed up on time and ready to work every day that they were scheduled. The contractor was well prepared with supplies and instructions for his employees. The whole project was finished in a timely fashion.

Way over priced on the quote. More than double than 8 other contractors

Bill and his crew were very considerate, kind and very easy to work with. They cleaned up after work every day, always very scheduled, and on time. When approached as to what to do or how to do it, they were ever ready to provide the advise, and recommendations for whatever the subject. I unequivocally recommend Bill and crew especially Robert for their concentration of the jobs listed above, and feel they are perfectly equipped to fulfill any and all needs pertaining to home construction and remodeling needs, or requests. My wife and I are proud to have elected Northridge as our remodeler, and value his lengthy and valuable experience. We also would like to equally commend him and Robert, plus crew to their character, adaptability, trustworthiness and capabilities.

On time & on budget. Bill & crew worked diligently to complete this job right on schedule - just 4 work weeks start to finish. There was at least one man at the job site every day (which in my experience, isn't always how these things go!). Finished job looks great and is everything we hoped for. Bill is very calm and easy-going which is a good thing since I can get a little type-A when having work done on my house. We had other estimates that were quite a bit higher but we're glad we went with Northridge!

Basically blew me off for the estimate I requested and provided no excuse other than sorry still can't do the work.

Mostly well. Craftsmanship was good. Delays made the experience less than totally satisfying.

TERRIBLE!! Avoid this contractor!!! Work completed was shoddy and they have yet to complete contracted work!! Started work in January of 2015 with a planned completion of March 2015. Work still not completed as of October 2015.

This is a. Updated review since Bill finally fixed our atrium roof.

The did a really good job. They were very professional and went above and beyond what there were supposed to do. Most important of all ,they are a trust worthy company.

Bill was punctual and scheduled an appointment to come by and give us a quote before I had to leave for work. I received his quote in a timely manner and my wife and I set out to make all of the decisions that go with a kitchen remodel. It took a few months for us to prepare for the remodel. Bill recommended a refrigerator enclosure. I am glad he made the recommendation. I agreed and ordered it and it is a nice finishing touch. We started at the end of December. Bill, Charlie and R.J. arrived right when they said they would and proceeded to tear out the old kitchen cabinets. They were careful with the appliances and hauled away the old materials, while preserving items to be kept for the new kitchen. We added an island with plumbing and electrical, so Bill had the concrete cutting company there early the next day, after everything was removed, that work started. Plumbing and electrical conduit went in and the supporting wall for the island lined up perfectly with everything coming out of the concrete. The layout of the kitchen required new soffits and the entryway was getting a half wall to provide some separation between the living room and front door and an arch in the small passage between the entry and kitchen. Charlie framed and dry walled those elements, making sure to work with me on the details of exact placement. I had an idea where I wanted lights and Bill and Charlie had great advice on the final placement of the recessed lighting fixtures. Once the soffits and lighting fixtures were in place, Bob came in to do the plaster texturing and we cannot tell the new plaster work texture from the existing work in other rooms. Charlie installed the cabinets and worked through a few trim details with me as needed. Everything lined up exactly as planned. I am extremely satisfied with the care taken with the cabinets and trim. The granite installers came to create the template for the counters, while we waited for flooring to arrive. Charlie finished the half wall in the entry way, the arch in the passage between the entry and kitchen, then started on the flooring in the kitchen, halls and entryway. The baseboard, chair rail, and doorway trim looks great. The granite was installed and the plumbing was finished. Everybody that Bill had coming into our house was punctual and pleasant. They consistently asked questions to make sure we were getting what we envisioned. I will definitely consider Northridge for future work.

Used Northridge for a major remodel in the past and it went so well I asked them back for some miscellaneous smaller jobs. Bill was booked a few months out, but he found a way to get the job done without too much delay. Everything wasn't done on the same day, but worth the wait because Northridge does quality work. We had our windows installed by another company but had I known Northridge prior I would have contracted with them instead. Northridge is a do it all company and they don't contract out. I plan on installing a closet in the office to make a 4th bedroom down the road and make another master bedroom wing out of the garage. I will call Northridge for sure. PS ....my wife loves the unlimited hot water !

Excellent job. His work is very good. I was surprised at how fast they finished the job.

I called to have him replace door handle on microwave. He mentioned it is a cumbersome affair. He also offered to do the work but warned for my model it will be costly for just a handle. He even recommended just replacing the entire microwave for the effort it will take to replace the one handle.

Their handy work was excellent. It went great. Our only complaint was that there is a strip on a door. We bought some french doors and there was a strip on the door that wasn't with the doors and they have never been back. I called a couple of times and they've never been back to finish it. It's like a weather strip or something that should've come with the doors. But, that wasn't the workers. The workers were fantastic and they did such a professional job and they were professional the whole time they were here. I would recommend them. I hate to put it down because of that one thing because we're really pleased with everything they did, and the workers were amazing. It was just that I was in touch with, I think it's Bill Northridge and he kept telling us that they would come and finish, but it didn't happen.

Bill and Charlie and the rest of the team were great to work with. In addition to being friendly and superhumanly tolerant of our big, high-energy dogs, they went above and beyond. The week they started the job, one of our freak fall rainstorms collapsed our carport, which they took down and hauled away for us. We couldn't be happier with our media room and laundry closet. The work went really smoothly and they were thoughtful about keeping the job site as clean as possible, which we appreciated not only because it can be tough to live in a construction zone, but also because we have a very curious 2-year-old, who wanted to contribute to the work after hours. The part of the job that we most dreaded - excavating and then putting our living room back together - went amazingly fast, 5 days total. We'd had major water pipe work done in another house - with another contractor - and it was a nightmare. I think we were without water for two weeks. Bill had the pipes replaced and operational the same day they started the job - we left for work and we had water and we came home from work to water and properly draining pipes. It was awesome. Our house is a major fixer, and we will definitely be contacting Bill when we're ready for the next project.

Bill Belobraydic and Northridge Home Services set the standard for what ALL remodeling contractors should be. I can't say enough about how easy Bill was to work with. Bill Belobraydic was very professional,knowledgeable,and courteous as well as his entire crew of technicians. The cost of their services was more than reasonable and well worth the money spent. Their Quality of work is 2nd to none. Bills technicians were punctual, responsive to my needs and went beyond my expectations.They were always at the job on time every day. The bottom line here is, that Northridge Home Services performs Quality service and is true value. If you're not using Northridge Home Services for your remodeling needs you are truly missing out . Met Bill at the house to discuss details of the renovation and what was involved and received a quote within two days as promised. The job was to change the current layout from a galley one wall kitchen style to an L shape. This involved closing and moving the current door between the kitchen and living room, installing new wiring for appliances and miscelaneus items, new plumbing and a glass tile back splash. His crew was punctual and very professional paying attention to our request and suggesting options to get thru the renovation with the least amount of inconvenience. They installed a secondary electrical panel allowing control for disconnecting the kitchen and laundry room independently from the main electrical panel and every appliance is on its own circuit braker. All togheter the job was completed in two and a half weeks, could have been less time but there was a bit of scheduling problem with the granite counter top templating and installation. I will work with Bill and his crew and will recommend them to friends. They're responsive to your needs and can advise on the best alternatives to complete the job without compromising your budget or timeline for completion.

I called Northridge for an estimate and Bill called me back to let me know he was booked up for the time being. He was very professional and courteous. I will be calling him back when we decide to renovate our kitchen! I called two other A rated general contractors from Angie's and neither called me back.

I like that the price was good. The people were nice, and the product was good. The thing that I did not like was that we had a problem communicating.

Bill from Northridge is such a great person to work with. We were so amazed at how professional his crew is. They were so efficient. They showed up at the time that was scheduled and went right to work. While his crew were working I was made to feel welcome to ask questions as to what they were doing and watch if I wanted to as long as it was safe. They did a great job. We're very pleased with their work. They helped us update are 1948 rental home. We used them a month later to replace a kitchen countertop. We will keep calling on Northridge for any future projects.

. Fantastic! Bill and his crew did a wonderful job at my daughters home and she loves her new kitchen space, made possible by them. They work fast, efficiently, very clean, and know their trades, as well as being thoughtful and courteous. I am planning to have them remodel my own bathroom next year because they did such a great job at my daughters home. He makes great suggestions and always tries to help you out by saving you costs here and there, which means a lot..in my experience he was very honest and fair.
