Description of Work: We bought a home as a rental investment. Ninja Builders assumed full responsibility to clean up the property inside and out, made repairs as needed, painted the inside and touched up the outside. This was the second job they have done for us and we have learned we can trust them to the point where we did not need a firm bid on the work to be done. We were given a ball park price based on what we could see when we started and we actually came in lower in price when the job was done.
