 + -1 moreKevin was a real professional person. He returned my call and came to the my house promptly to do a review. UPDATED AS OF 03/15/2021 : Tore off existing roof, replaced any bad plywood and fascia boards, sprinkle mop one 25# base felt with hot asphalt, solid mop two plys of 13# glass ply with hot asphalt, installed 2x2 roof edge, 2 new skylights, sealed all vents, jacks & skylights, applied 2 coats of white roof coating, removed/reinstalled cooler & A/C units and painted fascia boards. Did an excellent job of cleaning up grounds of all roofing debris.

 + -1 moreFinding a decent roofer was really, really difficult. We called and made appointments with people. They didn't call back. They didn't show up. If they showed up, they didn't send quotes. It took weeks and weeks and weeks. It was really bad. I did like them. They came out. He got back with me with a quote right away. He came out when he said he was going to come out. They were on time. He kept on his crew. They were done in three days and we had a lot of wood repair work to do. So, it went really well. What we had a hard time finding was anybody who wanted to do the wood replacing for rafters and beams. We have an old house and it was rotted. So, very few companies really wanted to touch it and the ones who did, they had to contract out. But this guy does not. He did it all himself. His price was half of what another provider quoted me. We were really happy.
