Naturally Fresh Carpet Cleaning

He was very thorough, came back an did a couple of spots that we spotted. I like what he did. We have had him a couple of times.

I called and talked to Bob Cady, the owner, to get an estimate and to set up the appointment. He was friendly and businesslike. He's been in this field for many years and mentioned that he has many well known clients, works for local resort hotels and for carpet showrooms. He stressed that his estimate was just that, and that exact amounts would be provided prior to the start of work. He estimated about $210 for the job. Next available appointment was the following week. We set the appointment, and he told me that Jeremy, a longtime employee, would be doing the job. Jeremy and his helper Bobby arrived at the time set. They were friendly and polite. Jeremy immediately looked over the work to be done, estimated $165 for the job, and they got to work. In an hour and twenty minutes the job was done. The carpets were clean, the nap was refreshed, and they looked excellent. Our sofas were off-white in color and while not overtly dirty, they were a bit grungy with wear. They cleaned up as bright as new, except for the arm covers, which had been the dirtiest part. These were very satisfactory, but not quite as shiny clean as the rest. Jeremy provided clear instructions on drying time, suggesting that we stay out of the rooms for another two hours or so, after which the carpets would be dry and the furniture nearly so. When it came time to pay he reduced the price further, indicating that the job had been easier than he had anticipated and less time consuming. We ended up paying $130. The experience was very pleasant, the work was done well, and the people were a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely use them again.

They did a great job. Their price was reasonable. They were very organized and professional. I would recommend them because they do a good job. They are also very responsive. I would use them again in the future.

Bob has cleaned my carpets and couches many times in the past and has always done an excellent job. This last time, he spent extra time and effort to clean some nasty stains out of the carpet that I did not expect him to be able to remove. I highly recommend this company.
