Michael was hired to grade our rural neighborhood roads as well as clear and spread gravel for a lot and driveway on my property. He took the time to ensure the gravel matched our current rock perfectly. I later hired Michael to excavate and install sewer and water lines for my RV parking. He took a consultative approach which allowed me to make informed decisions based on my projects. He was professional, timely, and his pricing was on point. I would hire and recommend Michael for all grading and excavation needs.

Really great experience with Michael at MR Precision Grading. I hired Michael to re-grade my property in anticipation of carport construction. Michael was great to work with, he cared about my project and kept me informed and involved with it's progress.

Michael was very attentive and professional while grading and levelling piles of dirt around my ancient cinder block pool that I had excavated years ago. I had neglected to inform him that the dirt contained a lot of trash and glass, so he couldn't dump it as "clean fill". He was resourceful and found a place that takes that kind of material, and only charged me the extra dump fees. He even did a city dump run for me at cost. He listened to my concerns and was knowledgeable about how to address them. He left a nicely graded yard and pool area, all in less than seven hours!

Michael and his crew did an excellent job of grading our well-worn driveway and adding new gravel. His price was very reasonable. Michael communicated with us very clearly and cared about our being satisfied with the job. He and his crew cleaned up thoroughly when all finished.

Mike leveled and excavated the dirt, creating a smooth and natural grade so the water will flow off the surface and down the drainage ditch. Topped off with stone, to eliminate the mud and the driveway is fixed in a day! Stellar. kept us informed at every step on our driveway remodel to stem some water flow issues, re configuring the drive in very, very rocky soil, 2-24" rocks primarily, some bigger. Precision in the business name is accurate. very good communicator.
