Description of Work: I have used them several times. They are very thorough, prompt and professional.

Description of Work: These guys are great - we have used them twice now to get rid of pack rat nests and then to screen some of our outdoor stuff (AC compressor, grill, etc) so that new pack rats can't get in! They are very knowledgeable and they catch the rats and clean up the nests very well.

Description of Work: I called one afternoon about a pack rat problem in my back yard and they sent someone over the next morning. He set traps, caught 2 pack rats over the next 2 days, and filled in the nest which was under my slab. He also made a wire mesh to cover the opening for my built-in grill clean-out tray to prevent pack rats from getting in in the future (even though I had no problems there). Couldn't have been more pleased with the service.

Plus they honor their warranty as they are coming back to remove another rodent that occupied the area treated. They are easy to work with and also honor their coupons for new customers.

Description of Work: They trapped the rats, removed the stack of wood they were nesting in and placed cement slabs under the plastic tool shed. This was done over 2 days. They were very professional and neat.

Description of Work: He came out right away, cleared away some stuff, told me where the packrats were living beyond the yard's wall under 2 rocks, and was very un-pushy. He was great.

After confirming that there was no active infestation of pack rats, he performed a comprehensive "exclusion" process on our home, blocking all possible points of entry. He was very informative and provided excellent service. I highly recommend Mr. Pack Rat.
