 + 1 moreWe are absent owners and took a chance of choosing someone in the newspaper as opposed to Angie's List. Howard called us back immediately in California and wanted to look at the work in Tucson that needed to be done. Our daughter-in-law met him at the home at the assigned time. Howard faxed the quote to us in California, and we accepted his price. We supplied the tile and grout for the bathrooms and these were not part of the quote. We paid 1/2 upon signature and return of contract; Howard gave our daughter-in-law a date and time that he would be at the home and a 3-day time frame to complete the tasks. Howard was prompt, very reliable and cleaned up after he finished working. We felt that this was a very good person to use for Handyman work and would recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: Patched Sheetrock, taped, mud, textured and paint ready in three areas of the home. Also, tiled two bathroom floors. We supplied tile and grout for the floors.
