All the painting was done exactly as I wanted it. He (Chris) was super nice, professional and very reasonable with his price. He did an awesome job and if I ever need anything else done he will be the first person I call.

The garage wall and ceiling were heavily damaged by repeated soaking from a roof drainage problem. Monsoon Renovation (Chris) removed the drywall, insulation, replaced the entire wall section , repaired the damaged ceiling and repainted the whole area. Absolutely flawless repair. A delightful contractor to work with and he?ll be my go-to for my next project!

Chris was just an amazing person to meet and have the pleasure of having him repaint our home. He did an amazing job despite having to deal with the weather conditions. He was even kind to my dogs as they were a bit taken back by the stranger climbing everywhere. Already made plans with him to start designing our bathroom remodeling. 100000000% recommend. The price alone is worth it. He should charge more for his great personality!

Already made future renovation plans. Great to find experience at a great price. He and his wife were also very realistic people and felt comfortable to be around. I am a disabled veteran who suffers from conditions that interfere with social interaction. Speaking with Chris periodically as he work around the home was very relaxed. He even gave my dogs a bit of attention they needed to comfort their anxiety as this stranger worked around their yard (haha). Just a great painter and an amazing human.
