I immediately gave him high marks for punctuality and time spent but noticed right off the bat that there was a problem... The opener would go down a few feet and stop. Push the button and after reversing, it still would not go down more than a few feet. I fought with it for weeks... finally replaced door closer , then noticed wire to sensor was cut...... i would not use this vendor again no matter how low special price gets

We contacted Monkey Garage Door Service based on the reviews on Angie's list. Jorge called us back within ten minutes and arrived at our house within an hour on Memorial Day. Jorge was professional, reviewed the situation, provided a specific course of action along with exact costs. We discussed the best course of action for us and agreed on the work. He executed the repair flawlessly and quickly for the stated price. Jorge was excellent and the garage door works great.

The service went very well. I am very pleased, and will hire them for any future garage door issues. Jorge is extremely pleasant and very professional. The work was performed within the time frame estimated and for exactly the price quoted. There was an initial delay due to phone messaging, and that is the only reason I did not rate responsiveness as excellent. The problem may have been the phone carrier's issue.

I bought this offer on Sunday morning and had a return call on Sunday wanting to schedule the work. They said they were available to come out on Sunday and fix the spring

Jorge checked the balance of the door on both sides, checked the safety mechanism, inspected the motor performance, lubricated all moving parts, sprayed the spring, manually checked the rolling function, showed me how to operate the release chain, and explained what kind of battery I needed for the remote control. He is very professional and enjoyable to work with.

Raplaced it quickly and reccomened thicker wire and when ahead and installed it! I would reccomend to any of my fam and friends best part of all hes affordable!

Great, I had another company out to hanger the garage opener and put the existing cable onto pulley, no adjustments had been made other than that. Jorge made sure I understood what he was doing and that every function of the door was working properly before leaving.
