Description of Work: We contacted this business through our home warranty. Single handled the most rude and unbusiness like person on the phone. Said "what do you think, i monitor this 24/7?" "I might look at it on Monday when when i get to the office" Then dont be part of a 24/7 service!!!!!!!!!!! Dont even bother calling is my recommendation. I couldnt choose E as a rating

Description of Work: They diagnosed a leak in the ceiling that roofers had incorrectly diagnosed as being a roof leak. The fixed it immediately, saving us more than $1000 in unnecessary roof repairs.

 + -1 moreRick was slated to repair a leaking unit that was not working, and ascertained that it could not be repaired. He made a recommendation for a replacement. Despite a delay due to our choice to research the options, he then took time to answer our questions on the basis of his experience, advise us, and managed to replace the unit on the same day. A delay would have been over a warm weekend that might have been uncomfortable for our tenant, given predicted warming weather. The quick service pleased our tenant and us. We also appreciated the frank and attentive advice.

Description of Work: I am a Realtor and have use Rick Saitas of Mojo Air for approximately 14 years now. He is always responsive, affordable & trustworthy. A couple of weeks ago my clients had an another A/C company inspect a A/C unit on a home they were purchasing. The service tech told them they had 3 bad conductors & the proposal for this work was $780.00 This sounded odd to me, so I had Mojo Air come out and tell me what he saw. 1st of all the unit didn't have 3 conductors, only 2 conductors. These conductors are $10-15 parts that this guy wanted to charge $175 each!!! The conductors were marginal & probably didn't have to be replaced. But, this guy did miss the fan motor was on it's last leg and really should be replaced. Mojo Air replaced the Fan Motor & went ahead and did the conductors anyway and the total bill was less than half of the other company's proposal, which didn't even include the $240.00 Fan Motor replacement included in Mojo Airs Invoice. I have many other stories of how Mojo Air saved me and my clients money. I wouldn't have anyone else but Mojo Air work on my units.
