Modern Desert Roof was great. They answered my questions and went to my house quickly to check my roof. I also had the insurance company speak to them and they were helpful. They took pictures of everything and sent it to my email and after the work was completed pictures of the completed work also.

We experienced several bad roof leaks during the 2021 Monsoon storms. The original tile roof was installed around 2006, and we had tile workers come several times over the years to fix cracked tiles. We had various roofing companies come to perform detailed inspections with photos. Modern Desert Roofing was prompt, courteous, and professional. They readily answered questions about their work, including replacing tiles and underlayment. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up after they finished. I would highly recommend Tony and Modern Desert Roofing.

Starting in Sept, 2021, I solicited 19 roofing companies. 9 responded with initial bids and 5 submitted final bids after common parameters were established for all bidders. This was a 10-week process. Throughout this timne frame, Tony and his staff were pleasant, responsive, answered all my questions and followed-up with e-mail and phone calls. The work was performed , as scheduled, efficiently, timely and cleaned up with no proding from me. The crew was knowledgeable and again, answered alll my questions. I would hire them again and recommend their services to any homeowneer who needs their roof repaired or replaced.

The owner Mr. Cruz was easily accessible for any questions. All pricing was upfront and transparent. The quote was very reasonable for the roof repair and replacement. When the house was built in 2001, the builders saved by spacing the tiles too far apart. The roof was replaced to code and over 150 additional tiles needed to be added. Time was taken to match the new tiles to the current usable tiles. Very happy with the results. This was a roof repair/replacement. The house is in Tucson but I currently live in Georgia. Communication was very good between the company, my renters and myself. This is my forever home for when I can come back to Tucson and I am grateful that this roof should last for years to come.

I call them they told Me will come too your Home , at such a date and time and they where there ,look told me how much will it cost and told Me we call you before 2 weeks and they did. fix My roof , wanted to pay the worker , the Boss will come and get His Money when He came took is ladder and went on the roof to see if the work was good then He took My money, ( Now you do not see any body answering your phone or come when they say they will I am happy I hade them for my service)

You pay for what you get. We are very happy with their work. They were always on time, efficient, and never wasted a minute. The job was done on schedule and on estimate. Tony made sure he got my inputs on every decision a kept me apprised every step of the way. This was a re-roofing of a botched previous roofing job that resulted in a leak and damage to the plywood sheathing. Tony explained in detail how they were to address the issue. The installers were as courteous, knowledgeable and respectful as Tony. They also cleaned the area to my satisfaction after completion. I would not hesitate to use them again.
