Mobile Lock & Key

I won’t get into a long winded story about why I needed their service, but when I reached out to Az Mobile Lock and Key I got Jody - Even on the Fourth of July - he was quick in response, right to the point, helpful and professional. He sent Technician Ron out to help me, and let me tell you Ron was THE MAN. Ron is exactly the person you want helping you out when you’re in a pickle. You can tell he’s just the kinda guy who goes the extra mile, which he certainly did for me! I can’t recommend them enough and won’t deal with another company but them going forward! Also very very reasonably priced a real value for the complex services they offer.

They never showed up for the appointment we set. I called them back several times, maybe six times over the next two weeks. I was very cordial in my messages, not hostile or anything in the least bit. While getting window tinting done at another provider, I asked the service technician if they know of any good locksmiths, and they actually referred me to Mobile Lock and Key. I told them that I had been in touch with them already, but they were not returning my calls and failed to show for an appointment. The service technician told me he personally knows the owner of Mobile Lock and Key and even called him for me and was told they would get in touch with me soon. Well, it's now been about 3 months and they never called. I left one more message after that day and that was the last I tried. I still need my key made.

Mobile Lock and Key was able to do the work on the same day that we called. And a few days later when we had minor problems with a couple of locks, they came back to make adjustments at no charge (and again, they did the work on the same day that we called). We think that the prices were reasonable and we were happy that they stand behind the quality of their work. We would definitely use Mobile Lock and Key again.

Cody came out the same day since he was in the area. He made the key on the spot and had us try the new key and the old key to make sure both worked. He was pleasant and professional and reasonably priced.

They did a pretty good job. They came right out to the house, hooked everything up to the computer and went through the other processes, and it worked. They were the only ones in town that I could find to do the job successfully; I tried other locksmiths, but they couldn't do the work. I would rate them highly.

Far more efficient than the time I spent on the Internet searching to gather my uncertainty! I called about getting a transponder key made for a (used) vehicle I recently purchased. Mobile Lock stated that for my model year, it was an option rarely exercised and gave me the blank number to have a key made at ACE Hardware. He was right that my key didn't have a transponder, he was right with the blank (which he didn't *have* to volunteer). He also noted the price for a transponder key program, if I turned out to have the option and it was much better than a dealer replacement.I'm impressed by his depth of knowledge and willingness to share it to a non-paying customer.
