+ -1 moreInitially, company was very professional. Good design work and initial installation. Was given an estimate for annual maintenance which I agreed to. Most importantly, I chose them as they uniquely warrantied the plants for 1 year. Then it began. The maintenance estimate became at time 3 times what they quoted. "It is just an estimate" I was told. So that changed. Then I had problems with some expensive plants and wanted them replaced. Was told that "we cannot stay in business by replacing plants". So much for that warranty. Strongly recommend not enlisting service

+ -1 moreThese guys were aweful! They demanded payment after doing the work and promised to come back to finish the stucco on half the walls. I made several calls and sent many emails, but they never responded except one time by email by the site manager, Martin, who said that he would be out of town and would get back to me. I followed up several times, but he avoided me. In the end, I had to pay over $1000 more to get the job completed by someone else. Go with someone else.

+ -1 moreOverall, everything went fine. They are efficient and they get the job done quick.
Description of Work: They came out last fall and trimmed our big tree. They also cleaned up the the front yard.
