The most Trustworthy Ac and Heating company hands down! My AC unit stop working and I called Rite Way Heating and Cooling. Big Mistake! They came out and said my unit 11 years old was too old to repair and I needed a new unit at @$20,000. I called Mission and they came out right away. First off I told Chandler what they said and he said “your unit isn’t old and you should get at least 10 more years out of it.” Right then I knew Rite-way was jerking me around. Chandler opened up the unit and found a loose wire. He fixed the wire and the unit turned right on. Chandler didn’t charge me a cent for the service call or anything I was shocked they are the Best of the BEST!! I will never go anywhere else for my ac and heating work, only to go to Mission Heating and Cooling.

Great job and it was a big job. Had swamp cooler they took off roof and sealed old registers. Put in 3 vents into Az room that had none. Now I have A/C and heat in all rooms. The gentlemen who did the job were very very nice and worked hard. The lady who I talked to in office was so very nice and informative— sent out a nice man to go over home to give me estimate which was really reasonable. Jan Mertes from AZ

Great! They had a deal for a single unit and it said limit one, but they went ahead and applied the same price for all 3 of my units. Found that one unit was a little low on freon and needed a new capacitor. Another unit had wires that were rubbing that could arc - this he wrapped up and tied down no charge. Overall, I paid less with the additional freon and capacitor replacement than the last time I had all three units checked out three years ago.

They came out immediately. Solved the problem within a short time. They were polite and clean. They did not charged me extra.

I use this Mission for my tenants and I am very happy with the quick prompt service. They make it so easy for me especially during emergencies which is often in the summertime season here in Tucson.

Horrible , one month , four visits multiple failed repairs and I am still hot. Worst diagnostic skills I have ever seen.

This job went well until County Codes got in the way. Then Mission was out to fix those issues immediately so we could close on the house. I am pleased with how they attended to everything.

The installers arrived right on time and began with disconnecting the old package unit and getting the new unit ready to put on the roof. Once this was done, they had time to work on the new electrical they were doing as well as began the new thermostat. The crane arrived, the units were swapped and the install completed. Things were checked, verified and explained. I was very pleased with the installation guys and the job they did. I would use again. I got the top American Standard/Trane Package Heat Pump

I checked out a lot of people and they had the best price. When they installed the unit, they did a fantastic job and I am real happy with them. I would recommend them highly. I think it was right around $6,000, I can’t remember right off, maybe $4,000 or something.

My experience was horrible. This was a complete bait and switch. They told me they would come out and give a free duct inspection and only charge me if something needed to be done and I decided to hire them. When all was said and done I ended up paying for two services that I hadn't even originally asked for, even though I needed them, but didn't get the serviced I'd requested. They assign the work to subcontractors without taking responsibility for the actions of the technicians who drive in the Mission Heating and Cooling van. They missed multiple appointments, overcharged me for a furnace tune-up they advertise on their website, damaged my property, and didn't even install the unit properly as it failed the gas company inspection to turn my heat on (they said the vapor seal wasn't properly sealed).

Very nice interaction with the service personnel. They were honest and open about what options I should look into. They did not charge me for the temporary solution to the problem. I am looking forward to using their services again.

He was very professional as well. I don?t remember his first name but he was very thorough and clean cut. He did a thorough look at our unit. It was just well done and he gave me some tips to look into. I think we had some rust in the bottom of the pan and he instructed me because I did not want to pay someone to scrub it out so I did it on my own. He was very thorough. They did go over the big deal of $65. I remember they did more than I expected. I really appreciated how professional that guy was. I have never been pleased with the service. He was very good, leaving me with confidence that we have a good system and that he addressed the issue. He did an excellent job and he went above and beyond. It was a good value for the big deal. I am planning on calling them and using them regularly. They are very good about scheduling and they got me in quickly.

When I arrived at my new house at 8 am, Chandler was there waiting for me. The crew arrived on time and installed everything new, tested it, and cleaned up all the mess. The whole experience was very good. They explained how the system worked, and showed me how to work it. I was concerned about the noise level, and it is quieter than Chandler had promised. Standing next to it while running, I could carry on a normal conversation. In fact, the only noise was from the air going across the fan. I couldn't hear the compressor at all. The thermostat is the latest, showing the outside temp/humidity and programable to start and stop when you want. The workmanship, professionalism, attitude of everyone was excellent. I can't remark on the efficiency of the unit, or how well it cools or heats, but at this point, I couldn't be happier. The outside unit and the inside air handler looks very nice, too. Chandler was very helpful and I think sincere during the whole process. His wife Danielle was very responsive to all my email inquiries, I couldn't imagine any business being better, and if this product is as good as Chandler says it is, this whole replacement of an old unit will be one of the highlights of making my house modern and liveable. I wish to thank everyone involved in the installation at Mission for doing such a good job.

It works very well, and at a price I could afford!

Two months earlier, I had another company come out and service the same unit. The first company determined that the refrigerant had leaked from the Schrader valve. They refilled with refrigerant, claimed that the valve still leaked, and used a sort of rubber cement to affix the plastic cap to the valve in the hope of stopping the leak; as they claimed the valve could not easily be fixed. They charged me over $700 for everything, and specifically refused to warrant the repair. They also said that a replacement system would cost around $7,000 and that they would be happy to sell it to me. Mission Heating & Cooling came out the day I called, even though their schedule was already pretty full. I told them that I might need a replacement system, but that I wanted their opinion. The owner came out and determined that the technician from the previous company actually broke the valve (or the cap, I'm not sure which). He fixed the valve/cap by installing a new one, refilled the system, and was on his way in less than 30 minutes. Later that day, the front office emailed to me the bill: $175 for everything. The air conditioner was running fine by the time I received the bill. I spoke at length with the office (actually with the owner's mother), and she related how they had heard for years about all the lies and cheating by A/C companies and technicians; and that they decided to start their business to provide an honest alternative. They certainly treated me with honesty and efficiency. They have won a customer for life and I told the same to the owner's mother. By the way, if I ever need it Mission Heating & Cooling will install a replacement system for me at the same location; for around $2,000-$3,000 - a far cry from the $7,000 quote from the first company. IF YOU NEED A/C OR FURNACE SERVICE, GIVE THIS OUTFIT A CALL. We all deserve to be treated with honesty. In turn, honest outfits deserve all our business - don't you agree?

came early, underbid others by 15-20%,showed up with a crew of 5 and done in about 6 hours. seer 15 amana unit seems excelent. only hiccup was the electrician said he would put in a programmable thermostat and a non-programmable thermostat was installed.
