We have been friends for over 20 years. He is friendly and he doesn't show you what you are not looking for. If you say you want a $100,000 house he won't show you a $200,000 one. We had a certain budget and he told us that if we go a little higher then maybe we can look in this area but if we don't want to look it is fine. He lets you make the decisions. He is an awesome real estate agent. We have recommended him and he's handled my sisters house. My sister sold her house in Detroit shortly after us and he sold hers in one day. We sold ours in about 2 months and it was just the area we were in. It was 2 months for us and 1 day for my sister. It was the first buyer and we were surprised. It worked out good for us. He has worked with a whole slew of people and he knows his job inside and out. He just really does a good job.
