Our first 2 meetings for site visit, plans & estimate went well. Rich Henes made good points & we hired him. We signed a contract in March & paid him more than 50%. It is now September & he has only shown up for 1 day. We have contacted Rich Henes multiple times via text & phone without 1 single response. At this point, we are very concerned for we are coming close to our deadline. But will certainly look into taking action to a high level.

There was a large, 7-person spa on the side of the house when we moved in 20 years ago. The spa was installed with a large wooden pagoda. It was time for the whole thing to go. Unfortunately, there is a wall around the yard, so the job is not as straightforward as it might seem. I sought many estimates, as well as suggestions as to how to remove the spa. Most contractors suggested that they would destroy the spa and then remove it, along with the pagoda, in parts. I worried about that because the spa is made of fiberglass, and it is next to an air conditioning condenser unit. I feared fiberglass fibers flying about. The average estimate for the removal was around $1,000. By contrast, Mike had the appropriate tools, and gave us an estimate of $500. They showed up on time, and removed everything by lifting everything with a backhoe, with absolutely no mess. I definitely recommend this contractor to remove any structure.

The work was done in. A timely and efficient manner. If I were to ever need this service again, I would definitely hire them.

Went well. Two younger men who really knew (and liked!) their work. Price was ok. Knew what they were doing and did it promptly.l

FIRST OF ALL, THEY WERE LATE, AND DID NOT LET US KNOW! This did not not go well at all. The footers were not trenched correctly, another company had to hand dig them, after to straighten them out. He was very prompt, the day he came for the estimate, but everything went down hill from there. Additionally, they did not even bring a chain saw, to cut the limbs down, first. You would think they do this all the time, and this would be standard equipment on the truck. This became an issue of getting the job, done so I went to one of neighbors, to borrow one. They came the next day to finish the job, this was because they were late, the first day. Then, we realized that they forgot one of the trees, which was too close to the footer, and he came out, and agreed that he would come back when the wall were up, and the other co was finished, well that was on JUNE 9th, and we have called, and called, and called, but he does not call back to schedule anything. We had to hire another co.
