Description of Work: Excellent service, excellent products. Replaced underlayment with superior product and repaired poor quality roofing job done by Trinity Roofing that resulted in several leak problems.

Description of Work: The Customer Service Manager came out to look at my exterior stairs to give an estimate on fixing the rusted out areas and coating the stairs. At that time he said it would not be a problem to do the job. Two days later he called back and said he could not do the job and that I needed a welder or steel fabricator to fix the rusted areas. I asked if he could recommend someone. He said he would email me a list of people that could do the job. The email never came.
