Description of Work: when we first chose this company to move us from Arizona to Maine, the estimator ( AJ Hughes) we got was ok to work with. She would send us quotes and we would update info and fax back. Some of the addresses for the autos were wrong and she said to just write it in on one of the papers and they would all be updated (NOT...movers still called us and had wrong address) AJ told us (even have email proof so she couldnt lie) We would have entire truck to ourselves and truck would leave on the same day as load date and not be moved to another truck that what we saw loaded was the exact way it would leave . That sounded great so we made sure to reserve rv (put 300 deposit on and could not change dates)and whatnot so that we would arrive about same day as stuff would. Well then AJ handed stuff over to move coordinator Kristin Noha and everything went to h***. This lady had our stuff loaded on the 28th of june by some stupid a** wetbacks who broke my table and just broke flag off hubby dirtbike. The loaders informed me that my stuff was to be loaded in that truck and then taken to warehouse where it would be unloaded and left in warehouse till driver arrived next day. Keep in mind it was 112 degrees in tucson that day. There were over 30+ years of family stuff in this truck. well we had no choice but to leave the 28th as we already had rv. so we set on journey. Now mayflower supposedly had a site that updated where the load was so we could check the progress. NOTHING WAS ARRIVING WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO. except 2 of 10 vehicles. So we called while on the road and was informed that now our stuff wouldn't be there till almost 3 weeks after load date. Then we get told it would arrive the 10th oh no not happening. We called every number we could and even showed emails of what we were told. Didn't matter. Our stuff finally arrived the 15th of July, by this time I have had to purchase stuff i shouldn't have because my boxes didn't arrive on agreed date. Meridian did nothing to accommodate us but be a b****. Our stuff arrives different then when loaded. Stuff is broken but since value isn't much wont replace. Then tehy send me an oversize vehicle charge bill for my tacoma that was not mentioned in quotes. Well i called credit card company and told them not to pay. They lied about everything that AJ promised and emailed. best to rent uhaul and pay a friend to drive it.
