 + -1 moreI am retired from the construction field myself, and have had the opportunity to see many levels of work preformed by tradesmen. Joes takes a backseat to no one, and I would use no one else for any plumbing job.
Description of Work: Had a new hot water heater installed. Very professional in every way, a neat job, timely, could not have been more pleased with the work. I would recommend Mashburn Plumbing to anyone that has any plumbing needs.

 + -1 moreThe reason I called in the first place was because a substantial number of homes in my neighborhood had been flooded due to faulty shut-off valves and pressure regulators. Another plumbing company had inspected the interior shut-of valves a week earlier and found two of them to be faulty. Apparently, they were not faulty. See separate report on Solar Bear Plumbing. Fortunately, I did not have time for Solar Bear to replace the valves on that day. Everything went well and as expected with Joseph Mashburn Plumbing. I highly recommend Joey Mashburn for all of your plumbing needs.
Description of Work: 1. He inspected all of the sink and toilet shut-off valves inside the house. All were found to be OK. 2. He replaced the pressure regulator and main water shut-off valve next to the house. 3. He installed a water shut-off valve on the drip system. 4. Although he said it was not necessary to do so, I had him install an additional pressure regulator next to the water meter at the street. This required the digging of a large hole in the ground.

 + 0 moreMr. Mashburn was very pleasant to work with. My only reservations about working with him were, one, that his estimate was not in writing. I was in error in not asking for that.
Description of Work: I had a new shower installed: it is in/over a claw-foot bathtub and consists of an oval curtain ring and an exposed upright shower head pole. I also had a new hot water heater and kitchen faucet installed.

 + -1 morePerfect. He arrived 10 minutes late, but had called to say he would be a little late. Did the work in just over an hour. His work and attitude was professional.
Description of Work: Replace exterior shutoff valves and installed new pressure regulator.
