We recently sold a home and found Mr Finchem through the Dave Ramsey program. We were very impressed with his responsiveness from the beginning. He was well prepared, organized, professional and straight forward. We have bought and sold many houses over the years and we don't appreciate the know it all, pushy salesperson approach. Mark is none of those. He is, handsdown, the best Realtor that we have had. We used him again for a purchase months later and were equally impressed by his professionalism. The transaction went smooth and efficiently. We will continue to use Mr Finchem in future transactions.

Once we arrived, Mark took us to see numerous properties and was very patient with our decision making process. He was never pushy and always listened to our comments and came back to us with new ideas and properties to see. Once we made a decision, Mark was right on top of all the details. Mark and Martha worked seamlessly to help us find our new home. When our first offer was beaten by another, they immediately went to work finding an alternative home that met our standards. Martha kept the process going when Mark was unavailable and Mark picked up when Martha was occupied elsewhere. Both communicated well with us and each other. We always knew our status, the status of homes on the market, and what the next steps were. An extra ordinary. Positive experience.

We had a fairly good amount of traffic and reduced our price 3 times during the 3-month listing. We took the house off the market afterwards and waited a while before relisting with another agent. The house sold the second time around we feel due to the extensive amount of marketing/work the realtor performed -- regular open houses, mailers and using social media.

I met with Mark and toured the Tucson on Super Bowl Sunday. I was in town for an interview the following day. He sent me new listings within my price range each day until I closed on August 31st. We went viewing houses on the hottest day of the year in August! Very professional and helpful.

The interview went well. He is knowledgeable in terms of the market and would probably do a good job. I'll come back with a better review if I decide to choose this realtor. Only reason I did not give him an overall A score was because I have not yet decided on using his services.

We worked mainly with Suzie. She made sure we had the home staged beautifully and had the professional photographer in. The listing was set up online and was very thorough in listing all of the features of our home. We had a lot of agents with clients look at the home and we got 2 contracts on the home! We had some delays in going to closing on time, but that was not the fault of Suzie - the buyers loan company caused the delay. Suzie keep us informed every step in the process and kept a fire under the buyers realtor to close the deal. Suzie and Mark understood that we needed to sell our house quickly, but not to give it away since we made so many improvements. We were very happy with our overall experience and highly recommend them!

We had an excellent experience buying a home with Mark (who we found from Angie's List) and would recommend him to others. Mark is knowledgeable about local building practices (great if you're moving from another part of the country like us). We loved the fact that he was willing and able to transact all business electronically (email, electronic document signing, sharing web links etc). He's an ideal choice for busy or out-of-town buyers. We were looking in a part of town that is a seller's market, and it took us a long time to find the right place and get an offer accepted. Mark was patient throughout, and despite our wide price range, never steered us to a more expensive property but always looked to make sure we were getting good value. All the people he recommended were also very efficient. The only person we didn't use was the mortgage broker he recommended, and we wish we had - we had prequalified with our local credit union and stuck with them, and they were so inefficient that we had to ask for an extension of closing. So, go with Mark and his team.

Even though I dod not use Mark to prucase a home, he was professional, thorough and well prepared in my short search of a home in the Tucson Area that met my requirements. I would strongly suggest that Mark be considered as a representative broker in the purchase of a home in the Tucson Area.

It's very rare in our society when we encounter a true professional who is able to exceed our customer service expectations. Mark is just such a professional. When we set out to buy our new house we were skeptical about the experience we were going to have. Luckily a friend referred us to Mark Finchem. From the beginning to the end, Mark was able to anticipate our needs and make the whole process seem effortless. From finding the best listings, to arranging everything (inspections, appraisals, financing.... etc.), we allays felt in the loop. Marks expertly advised us and handled all aspects of negotiating our offer, and saved us thousands of dollars in the process. And his team of mortgage broker and escrow/title officer were equally amazing to work with. From finding the house to getting our keys, all took less than a month - that's how good Mark and his team are!!!!

My wife and I were interested in buying the house that we had been renting for several months. We contacted the management company who offered to simultaneously serve as the buyer?s and seller?s agent. They made an enticing offer and also informed us that we, as buyer?s, could seek the services of another real estate agent but would be responsible for paying the agent?s commission. We decided to meet with a few agents to get a better idea of the market value of the house. Our initial intention was to meet with a few real estate agent?s to survey their opinions on the home?s value. We searched local real estate magazines and publications and Angie?s List. We began with the highest rated agent on Angie?s List, Mark Finchem. After reading the available reviews we decided to schedule a meeting. Mark Finchem came to our house prepared with a file folder chock full of information on the property that we were interested in buying. He walked around the property and looked it over, inside and out. He then sat down with us and explained the state of the real estate market in town and gave us his best estimate of the fair market value of the house. The fair market value was less than the asking price, and not by an insignificant amount. Mark was easy to talk to and he was a good listener. After a lengthy conversation, we bid him farewell. Within 10 minutes of his departure, my wife and I were in complete agreement that we wanted him to represent us. My wife and I initially felt that the home sale process was going to be smooth and effortless since we had already found the home and the seller was interested in buying. Were we wrong! The only thing that my wife and I were right about was having chosen Mark Finchem as our agent. He worked tirelessly to ensure that the sale proceeded. Even while the negotiations nearly broke down on several occasions he was the only one working on bringing both parties towards an agreement. He worked hard to ensure that contract documents reached the seller, who was in Argentina at the time! He also brought together an excellent group of people who all made the sale happen?from the mortgage broker to the title company. Mark Finchem choreographed the whole event, culminating in a closing only one month after negotiations began. We highly recommend Mark Finchem as a real estate agent in Tucson. He is very knowledgable and motivated, but most importantly, he is the epitome of a real estate agent who keeps his customer?s interests foremost in his mind.

We found Mark via Angies? List when we decided we wanted to purchase a home in Tucson. During our first phone call, he explored our interests to confirm that he was a good fit to help us. While he didn't specialize in the area of Tucson of interest to us, we agreed to start working with him, and he offered that if it wasn't going to our satisfaction, he would refer us to another agent. Well, that was not necessary as he met and exceeded our expectations. He did an excellent job of assessing our interests, took us to several properties that fit the bill, and guided us through the purchase process once we had decided on a house. We chose a property which was available via a short sale, a process we knew nothing about and one which can be extremely complicated and lengthy. Despite that, we went from making an offer to a closing date within a month. When the second lender to the seller backed out of the deal at the 12th hour (the night before the closing), Mark actively worked the options to get us the place we wanted. In the end, we bought it at auction, literally "on the courthouse steps", with Mark guiding us every step of the way. Throughout the whole process, Mark constantly explained things to us, kept us advised of any developments and was on top of the situation at all times. He was always available to answer any questions we had and to advise us as to the path forward. He is a very affable person who is easy to work with and maintains high standards of integrity. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in Tucson.

It went very well, we were looking for a house and we found Mark Finchem while looking at an open house. After talking to him for a little while it was clear to us that he was the ideal realtor for us. We called him the same night after meeting him we asked him to be our realtor. He did everything in his power to find us the best house in our price range. We were able to find a house in about three weeks and moved into the house we found about two months after starting to look for the house.

I purchased a HUD home and at every stage there was someone who didn't seem to know their job or just didn't care. Mark Finchem was a life saver, deal saver and sanity saver. Everytime something came up or wasn't going as it should, Mark was right there making calls or showing up at their office to lean on them to make their part of the deal right. I have never in my life dealt with so many people who were incompetent in the Banking industry, Title Co's and Credit agencies & HUD. No one seemed to care if I was able to buy this home except Mark. Mr. Finchem went way above and beyond to help me get into a new home.
