Description of Work: Thorough appraisal report. Only downside is it took two full weeks to get the report. If you are looking for something fast, or are in a time crunch, go elsewhere.

+ -1 moreIT WENT WELL; THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID THE JOB AS PROMISED. IT TOOK TWO WEEKS TO GET THE INFORMATION BACK WHICH SEEMED A TAD LONGER THAN I EXPECTED. I WOULD GIVE THIS VENDOR A B+ OVERALL.

+ -1 moreI was promised to have the analysis done in 6 days and to be delivered on Monday. I called in on Monday and it was not done. I called in on Tuesday, was not done; it was not provided till wednesday so the timeliness was lacking.I have no means is the test is accuracy unless I would go with another company and get another appraisal.it did come out someone in the area that I had expected to come out then.

Description of Work: We called to have an independent appraisal done on our house, and he was rude and said he wouldn't do the appraisal outside the bank. He said, "Well, if you want me to come over and take your money....". He was extremely rude and completely unhelpful.
