What we hired him for our office: He built a wall where there was a passthrough; closed up two windows in adjoining half walls. He retexturized all this work. Everyone who has seen this new wall (including our painters) have said it's the best drywall work they've seen - that you wouldn't have known it used to be a pathway. Two bathrooms: he demo'd, relit, retiled, installed vanity, bathroom lights, shower tile, etc. Cleaniless wise: I never saw an errant spray of grout or caulk. The crew cleaned up after themselves daily. They laid down tarps and other things to protect the furniture an their path. Communication wise: Chad and his crew showed up on time, stayed on schedule, and kept me updated on the projects. Collaboration wise: Chad was a great sounding board for alternative tile or materials that helped me keep costs down. He was really honest and knowledgeable about tile, grout, shelving, drywall, paint, mirrors... all of it. He has a large circle of people he can call on to get the work done. He enjoys his line of business and it shows.

It went great. He covered the floor with drop cloths. He used fans to dry the mud and paint. You can't even see where the paint color is different. He did the whole job in one day. It was amazing. The quote for the job was also very reasonable.

Beautiful job

I had damage to the ceiling drywall I wanted repaired as soon as possible. Chad was able to fit me into his schedule on short notice, which was appreciated. He patched up everything nicely and, after discovering that the paint I had on hand didn't match, used his instrument to accurately match the color go buy the right paint. Overall I'm pleased with this repair and would hire him again for work on my home.

This is my first time working with a contractor for so much. Chad and his crew have been super professional but also very nice and personable. I'm very happy and I will definitely hire again. If he had suggestions it was obvious because he cared and he was not simply trying to get more money. He had legitimate safety concerns about a couple items which made complete sense and I felt were legitimate. They also cleaned up after themselves which is rare that I'm finding with work Crews. He also treated us with respect even though we are amateur DIY hours and gave us suggestions and tips and I never once felt belittled because I was not a pro. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Ceiling looks awesome. I haven’t even painted yet, and it looks like the damage was never even there. Robert was early for the appointment and showed a great deal of professionalism. He answered all of my questions and made sure all work was done based on the written agreement. The repair looks amazing!!!! I haven't even painted yet and it already looks like the damage never even happened. I couldn't be happier with the work Robert did. Not only was he 15 minutes early for the appointment, but he was extremely well prepared, gave me a thorough run-down of everything he would be doing and answered every question I had.
